This pillow has totally blown me away, I gotta say. I've sampled a bunch of pillows before, but none of 'em have even come close to how comfy and supportive this one is. It's like it was made just for me - molds perfectly to my neck and shoulders, giving me the best sleep ever without any aches or pains. Plus, the pillowcases are so soft and only make things even cozier. And get this - it's super affordable but the quality is top-notch. I've never been happier with a pillow in my entire life. Defective Nike shoes
I got some shoes from this store and they turned out to be defective. The soles started peeling off after just a few times wearing them. I sent them back right away with pictures showing the problem, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service folks even tried telling me there would be a restocking fee because I didn't have the original box, which seems pretty crazy considering how messed up the shoes were. I later found out from other people's reviews that this store actually sells used shoes, which is pretty disappointing and kind of sketchy. I've been going back and forth with them through email, but they still haven't fixed the issue.

I thought ordering was easy and fast, which was nice. The Zilla points are a cool idea and make me want to buy more stuff in the future. But I got bummed out when my wife couldn't get the new customer discount on her account. Seems kinda unfair that we both couldn't save some money just because we live together. Even with that problem, I still think RevZilla is the best place to get motorcycle gear online.

This was our first time taking the Minsk-Vilnius route and we were really impressed with the service. Our flight was super early at six in the morning but thanks to our awesome driver, Yuri, we got to the airport even earlier than we thought. He was so skilled and his sense of humor made the ride so much fun. Overall, we were really happy with how everything went and would definitely suggest this route to anyone else.

Last-minute ticket purchase
I bought some last-minute tickets on this platform recently and it was a pretty bad experience. I got the tickets the night before the event, all excited for the game, but then only an hour and a half before it started, I realized I hadn't received them. Super frustrating and disappointing since I already paid for them and was really looking forward to going. So, I called customer service and they told me the seller got banned. They gave me the option of getting a refund or a 130% credit for my next purchase on the platform. I was kinda annoyed that I wasn't told about the situation before, especially since they already charged my credit card.

I bought some Detox tea from that company, it was just alright, nothing too special. The customer service folks were nice and helpful when I needed them, but nothing really stood out about our talks. Ordering was easy enough, but it didn't really blow me away. The price was fair, not the greatest but not terrible either. The delivery was on time and the tea showed up like it was supposed to. All in all, my time with the company was just average, didn't really wow me or let me down.

Long wait, order cancellation, poor customer service, bad fit
If I could, I would rate this company in the negatives. My experience with them has been super frustrating. I waited forever for my order, only to finally chat with customer service and find out it was canceled without any notice because stuff was out of stock. No heads up at all. And let me tell you about their customer service - it's a nightmare. They won't cancel your order, even if it hasn't shipped yet. And on top of that, the clothes don't even fit right, especially for taller kids. The pants are too short and too wide, even in the slim sizes. I'm only putting up with all of this because my kid's school says I have to. I'm not a happy camper at all.

I'm totally hooked on this app! It's a total game-changer for me. I rely on it to stay updated on my fam and it gives me peace of mind knowing their whereabouts and when they'll be back. It's even smart enough to alert me if they're driving unsafely, which is crucial for their safety. The only bummer is that sometimes the location glitches out for no apparent reason, which can be annoying. But all in all, it's seriously awesome!

Changed delivery date resulting in unexpected charge
I just had a really annoying thing happen when I tried to change my delivery date. They ended up charging me for an extra order that I didn't even agree to. I've changed my delivery before with no problems, so this caught me off guard. When I tried to fix the mistake by contacting customer service, they were so unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. I'm pretty upset about this whole situation and I don't think I'd recommend using their services to anyone else after this.
