Ticket purchase issue
I had a really tough time buying tickets from this company recently. I got two tickets for a basketball game at night and tried to download them all day like they said. But I kept getting error messages and couldn't get the tickets. I tried reaching out to their customer service through chat and phone, but they weren't helpful at all and couldn't fix the problem. I even showed them proof of my communication and the errors, but they never got back to me. I'm really disappointed with how it all went down and their lack of support. I'd advise others to be careful when using this ticket company.
