Online crafting classes transition
I just bought a bunch of online crafting classes that used to be on Bluprint but changed back to their original name. Sadly, I've been having a lot of trouble getting into my classes. I tried reaching out to customer service through email multiple times, but haven't heard back at all. It's making me anxious that I might not be able to get into the classes I spent money on. The fact that the company isn't communicating or providing any support is really upsetting and frustrating, especially since I put in a lot of money for these classes.

Cancelled membership, ongoing dissatisfaction
I had to cancel my membership because I've had three terrible incidents with this company. The staff is nice when you call them, but the company isn't fixing the problem. They think throwing 10 bucks at the issue will make everything better, but it doesn't. I'm not happy with how they handle things, so I had to say bye-bye to my membership.

Ticket credit and seats
I was pretty bummed when the seats I bought weren't available from the seller, but GameTime really came through with amazing customer service by giving me a 130% credit. With that credit, I was able to snag some great seats and still had some leftover for my next purchase. I gotta say, GameTime really impressed me with how they handled everything, turning my disappointment into a total win.

New fragrance subscription
I recently signed up for this fragrance subscription back in February, and let me tell you, my first box got lost in the mail thanks to USPS. After what felt like ages trying to sort it out with the postal service, I finally decided to contact the company directly. They were super quick to say sorry for the USPS mess-up and didn't skip a beat sending me a replacement box. I was really impressed by how they took charge of the situation and made things right. The best part? The owners even took the time to personally check in on me and see how I was doing, which I thought was a really sweet and thoughtful gesture. It's not every day you see a company going above and beyond like that. Needless to say, I'm now a die-hard fan and I've been telling all my friends and family about them.

I've been having stomach problems for a while now, and I was really struggling to find relief. The doctors said it was IBS and put me on a strict diet that didn't help at all. Bling bling shoes
Oh my gosh, you guys, I got these amazing bling bling shoes and they were seriously just like they looked in the picture! So shiny and sparkly, I felt like a total superstar rocking them. The only thing is, I wish they had shown the little tab on the bottom in the pictures, but whatever, they still look awesome on my feet. Thanks a million, I absolutely love them!

I just wanted to share about my recent shopping experience with this company - it was actually really good! I had a bad time with another company, so I reached out to customer service here for help. The person I talked to was super nice and actually checked if the product I wanted was in stock before I bought it. After I placed my order, I got an email saying they upgraded my shipping to expedited for free, so I got my stuff real quick. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how well they took care of me.

I gotta say, I was really pleased with my latest buy from this company. Had to swap out my busted pressure washer, and let me tell ya, this new one is top of the line. Electricity account setup
Setting up an electricity account with Direct Energy was a complete nightmare. I kept getting stuck on their website, which forced me to make a new account every time I wanted to add electricity to my gas account. It took me 3 long months of getting rejected, spending hours on the phone, and repeating the same steps over and over. Eventually, I just threw in the towel and switched to a different provider. Direct Energy seriously needs to get it together because their lack of organization and communication makes them one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with.

Christmas loot experiment
Personal care products can be different for everyone, so everyone's experience will be unique. Personally, I haven't had any issues with this product. I like the body stick better than the tube, and I really enjoy floral scents like peony. However, I didn't like the tangerine scent because it had a bitter smell that I didn't care for. I got a free trial of the product, which was nice, but I can't try it because I'm allergic to coconut. I do like this brand, though, and I might give their anti-perspirant products a shot in the future. Remember, it's a good idea to check out reviews and decide for yourself based on what you like and how your skin reacts.
