Water filtration system purchase
I trusted this company to buy a water filtration system, but it's been nonstop frustration. They kept saying they'd ship it the next day, but it's been over a month and still no sign of it. I'm tired of their excuses and lies. I'm done with it all, so I'm going to report them for their shady dealings to my credit card company.

I'm a customer at Self and I just bought a new laptop from their website. But man, I ran into some tech issues while trying to make the purchase. The site just wouldn't let me finish the order and it was getting on my nerves trying to fix it. I contacted customer service for help, but the problem didn't go away. It was a real pain, but finally, after several tries, I was able to complete my purchase.

Personalized item with stickers
The personalization on the item I bought was a letdown. Instead of actually engraving or permanently adding the name, they just stuck on some letter stickers. I tried reaching out to the company a few times, but never got a response. The item itself was okay, but definitely not worth the price I paid for stickers. Overall, I'm really unhappy with the whole thing and wouldn't suggest using this company again.

I aerated it 24 hours and then another 10 at their suggestion because it smells like rotten bananas really really strong rotten bananas so then I aerated it another 24 hours it's still gross I asked (now keep in mind I was under $45 so I paid shipping) so I asked if they would send me a shipping label for return for their bogus product they said no and then I asked if I try to different flavor because they do not give refunds would they pay for shipping back to me and they said no they would give me credit and I would have to spend $45 in order to get free shipping so that's four bucks to me 4 bucks back to them and 4 bucks back to me totally not worth it I won't be doing that it was already pretty damn expensive for Vape juice I don't see why they need me to send it back and charge me shipping on top of it but that's okay I learned my lesson stick with shops that guarantee their product.
