Suede oxfords
I recently bought some suede oxfords at the store. I've bought seven pairs of shoes from this brand before, but this one just didn't live up to my expectations. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. And to make matters worse, when I sent another pair in for repairs, my favorite pair got ruined. Tonneau cover and Running Boards
I just bought a Tonneau cover and Running Boards for my new truck from this website. The Running Boards got here quickly, but the Tonneau cover is nowhere to be found. I've tried reaching out to customer service through email and phone calls, but no one has gotten back to me or given me a refund. It's really frustrating because that Tonneau cover was a big deal for me and my truck. I might have to get a lawyer involved to sort this out. This whole situation has been a letdown, especially since I've had good experiences with this website before.

Quick dry, ultra-absorbent towels
These towels are seriously the best - they dry so quick and soak up water like crazy. Plus, the designs are adorable and fun, perfect for the beach or pool. My only issue is that they don't come with any extra protection when they're shipped. It would be awesome if they could add another layer to keep the towels from getting dirty or stained during delivery. I mean, let's be real, those mail carriers can be pretty rough sometimes!

Ordered wrong flavors, customer service was great
I ordered some Chocolate BHB and Vanilla BHB, but when the package arrived, they turned out to be the ones with caffeine. I prefer to drink them in the afternoon, so I don't want to be up all night. The customer service was great, though - they said it wasn't an issue at all! They let me keep the caffeinated ones and sent me two new ones without caffeine. The lady I talked to on the phone was awesome and really helpful, she made everything super easy!
