Personalized party favors
I ordered some cute personalized party favors for my bestie's birthday, but you know what? They never showed up! I tried getting in touch with customer service, but it was like talking to a wall. I ended up disputing the charges, but they turned around and disputed them back! Can you believe that? Now I'm left with no favors and still have to pay for them. This company is a disaster and clearly doesn't give a hoot about their customers.

Quick order process, fast delivery
I was a little nervous about ordering because I live so far away, but my stuff arrived really quickly! It only took 10 days and I was thrilled. They even sent me an email to check in and make sure I got my package. I completely trust them now and will definitely order from them again!
