I ordered this cute personalized wine box for my wedding way ahead of time, but later on, I found out it got sent back to the warehouse with no heads up from the company. When I contacted them, they tried to tack on an extra charge to send it back out, which I thought was totally unfair. Their customer service was awful and left me in a panic trying to find a last-minute replacement. I definitely wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want to make sure you get your product when you need it.

Whole house water system
Our whole house water system has been absolutely amazing. We've had it for over five years now and I have to say, the water quality is unbeatable. Every three months, we make sure to follow the maintenance instructions and flush the system with chlorine water to keep our water clean and safe for the family. The customer service team located in the FL space coast has been beyond helpful. They've answered all of our questions and concerns, and even helped us troubleshoot some issues we thought the system was having. When my husband was setting up the system, they gave us great guidance and support to make sure everything was done right. Even after we moved and took the system with us, it's still working perfectly. We're happy customers, no doubt about it.
