Account issue resolution
I just had this thing with my account that had to get figured out, and let me tell you, the person I talked to was amazing. Karen was so friendly and nice, and she fixed the problem super fast. Not only did she sort things out, but she also took a sec to wish me happy holidays. It might seem small, but it meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful for her great customer service and positive vibe.
Home warranty purchase
The customer service rep, Karen, was super helpful and quick when I called to make my payment and get my policy papers. I've been with this company for a while now, and I gotta say, their service totally worth it. Whenever my appliances acted up, they always fixed it fast and for a fair price. Having that peace of mind knowing I'm covered is priceless. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for a solid home warranty provider.
Policy adjustment and excellent customer service
I had really great customer service recently when I needed to adjust my policy because of some money issues I was having. Bee Bee was super understanding when I told her about losing my job in September. She quickly fixed the prices for me, went over my policy details, and made sure I knew she had my back as a customer for more than 2 years. She even helped me set up a payment plan that was easier on my wallet. It was a huge relief!
Mixed Feelings about American Residential Warranty
I have had experience with American Residential Warranty and I have mixed feelings about the company. On one hand, they offer a variety of coverage options and the process of signing up for a plan was fairly straightforward. However, I have had issues when it comes to filing claims.
The first time I filed a claim, it took a long time for a technician to come out to my house. When they finally did arrive, they were not able to fix the issue and I had to wait even longer for a second technician to come out. This was frustrating because I had already taken time off of work for the initial appointment.
The second time I filed a claim, the process was a bit smoother. The technician arrived within a reasonable timeframe and was able to fix the issue on the spot. However, I did feel like the cost of the repair was a bit high considering I am paying for a warranty.
Overall, I would say that American Residential Warranty has its ups and downs. While the coverage options are good, the claims process can be slow and sometimes costly.
