    Changed mind about contract

    Because of some financial problems, I've decided not to go ahead with getting a contract set up. But I gotta say, Joel was really polite, friendly, and helpful, which left me feeling good about the company. I'm grateful that they didn't push me to keep going with the service. I might think about starting a contract down the road when my money situation gets better.

    Home warranty coverage

    I bought a home warranty thinking it would give me peace of mind, but it's been a letdown. I filed a claim in October for a major repair and since then there's been nothing but delays and bad communication. The part needed is on back order, and we even missed out on Thanksgiving because of it. Now, with Christmas coming up, we're still without this important appliance and might miss out on the holiday too. The compensation they're offering doesn't make up for all the inconvenience and frustration it's causing. It's really disheartening to see no progress or solution from customer service.

    I had a really awesome conversation with a customer service rep named Misty. She was so great to talk to and really made my day. Misty knew her stuff when it came to customer service and she took the time to explain everything so clearly. Even though I was struggling with money, she was so patient and kind. I wish more companies had people like Misty who really care about their customers and go the extra mile to help them out.

    The customer service rep I talked to, Karen, was kinda short at first, but got friendlier once we figured out it was a credit card issue. She was nice in the end. Btw, I think they should change Karen's name to something like Holly, for a more up-to-date vibe.

    Account issue resolution

    I just had this thing with my account that had to get figured out, and let me tell you, the person I talked to was amazing. Karen was so friendly and nice, and she fixed the problem super fast. Not only did she sort things out, but she also took a sec to wish me happy holidays. It might seem small, but it meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful for her great customer service and positive vibe.
