Pre-ordered two mods, poor customer service
I ordered two mods from this company, and I'm honestly so disappointed in the customer service. One of the mods came out a week ago, but it still hasn't been shipped. When I asked about it, one of their employees let slip that it hasn't even been ordered yet. I've never had such a bad experience with customer service from a Chinese company before, and I can't believe they're still operating. I would definitely recommend looking for products somewhere else.

I made it clear that I needed it by Father's Day, but all they said was, "sorry, I understand." Stay away from this place, they're selling stuff they don't even have. They blame their suppliers, but as a customer ordering from their own site, I expected more.
