    Last minute booking change

    I just had to make a last minute change to my booking with Enjoy Travel and I have to say, it was really great. Despite the tough situation that caused the change, the team at Enjoy Travel, especially Nathalie, was super helpful and understanding. Their customer service was amazing and I really liked how quickly they helped me out. On top of the great service, Enjoy Travel also had the best prices around. It's not common to find a company that not only gives great service but also has competitive pricing. I was really impressed with my whole experience and I would definitely recommend Enjoy Travel to anyone who needs help with travel.

    Car hire booking satisfaction

    I've rented cars from this company a bunch of times, and every time they've blown me away with their service. The last go-around, I booked a car for a trip to Brisbane, Australia. Sadly, I had to cancel last minute for reasons out of my control, but cancelling was a piece of cake. They made it so easy and stress-free. They quickly got my refund processed, and I was super grateful for their quickness. All in all, my dealings with this company have been great, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone.

    Car rental upgrade process

    I had to upgrade my rental car to a bigger one the other day, and it was super easy thanks to the help of one of the staff members. I just talked to her, told her what I needed, and she handled everything from updating the booking to paying the difference. She even said if the price went down later on, we could change the booking again and get a refund for the extra cost. I was really impressed by the great customer service and flexibility.

    I had a really bad experience with Enjoy Travel. I rented a car on their site and they suggested SurPrice (Autoone) Car Rentals at Bologna Airport. But man, my time with SurPrice was a total nightmare. They ended up charging me an extra £79.98 without even asking me first, which basically made all the prices on Enjoy Travel's website useless.

    We booked a car rental from this place, but they gave us the wrong info on where to meet them. Luckily, our hotel transfer people came to the rescue! I want to give a shoutout to Nathalie for hooking us up and fixing the situation. The car eventually showed up at our hotel, all thanks to two laid-back guys who called us first.     My time at this company wasn't great. Even though Nathalie, my agent, gave me excellent customer service, the whole process was a mess. The booking system was a pain to use and made things way more complicated than they needed to be, which just stressed me out.     My experience with the car rental company was not good. I chose to rent a car from one company instead of another, only to find out later that they were actually connected to the one I was trying to stay away from. This caused problems with insurance that weren't explained properly when I made the booking. Even though I reached out to customer service for assistance, they didn't take my concerns seriously or address them to my liking. Now, I'm thinking about getting a regulatory agency involved to look into this more. It was overall a letdown, and I wouldn't suggest others to go through the same thing.

    This website is a total scam. They ended up charging me twice for my booking, a total of $99.10, and it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. I've called them multiple times and even tried their chat feature, but I haven't made any progress. It's been really frustrating and I honestly feel like they've just stolen my money. I definitely won't be using their service again and I highly recommend that others avoid this sketchy company.
