    Car hire booking satisfaction

    I've rented cars from this company a bunch of times, and every time they've blown me away with their service. The last go-around, I booked a car for a trip to Brisbane, Australia. Sadly, I had to cancel last minute for reasons out of my control, but cancelling was a piece of cake. They made it so easy and stress-free. They quickly got my refund processed, and I was super grateful for their quickness. All in all, my dealings with this company have been great, and I'd totally suggest them to anyone.

    I decided to hit up customer support using the Live Chat feature to deal with a request I had. I gotta say, I was really impressed with the help I got. This lady, Nathalie, was super sweet and on top of things. She totally got what I needed and passed the problem on to the right folks to get it sorted. I liked her friendly vibe and how quickly she handled everything. All in all, my customer support experience was awesome and made me happy with the service I got.

    I was so happy with how fast Enjoy Travel's customer service got back to me. Natalia replied to my email super quickly, right after I sent it, and it was such a relief. Waiting around for hours or days for a response to a question or issue can be frustrating, so Natalia's quick reply really made my day.     Change in rental car pick-up and drop-off times

    Nathalie, the representative, was amazing! She was so professional, got things done quickly, and fixed the issue right away. She really went above and beyond to help me out by changing the times for picking up and dropping off my rental car. I was seriously impressed with how great the customer service was and I would totally recommend them.

    Booking experience

    My time at this company wasn't great. Even though Nathalie, my agent, gave me excellent customer service, the whole process was a mess. The booking system was a pain to use and made things way more complicated than they needed to be, which just stressed me out. On top of that, the prices kept changing all the time, and I couldn't figure out why. I didn't like how unclear everything was with the costs, it felt like they were trying to pull one over on me.

    This website is a total scam. They ended up charging me twice for my booking, a total of $99.10, and it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund. I've called them multiple times and even tried their chat feature, but I haven't made any progress. It's been really frustrating and I honestly feel like they've just stolen my money. I definitely won't be using their service again and I highly recommend that others avoid this sketchy company.

    Car rental - scam

    We rented a car in Turkey through Enjoy Travel only to find out they had canceled the arrangement without any notification. This left us high and dry in a foreign country. According to Enjoy Travel, when I sent an email confirming my flight time had not changed and to seek directions on how to pick up the car, they took this as a change and proceeded to cancel things. They said they sent an email but I have no such email. Interestingly they kept my initial deposit even after canceling and would not refund. I've had to get my credit card provider to refund. It's an absolute disgrace the way they operate. It's an all too familiar story when you look on the web. They take your deposit and cancel if you send an email of any sort (as they will automatically take as a change even if you say hello!).
