I thought I'd give this online insurance thing a shot after getting bombarded with a bunch of emails from some other company that was driving me nuts. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth everything went. Even when I hit a snag with one of the insurance companies, Sprout was awesome and totally helped me out. I'd definitely recommend this online insurance spot to my friends.

Coat purchase
This company is such a pain to deal with, like seriously! I bought a coat and when I tried to return it, they hit me with this crazy postage fee. And to make matters worse, despite sending them tons of emails, they still haven't given me my refund. Their customer service is a joke and their prices are way too high for what you get. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I had to take my complaint to some consumer protection thing because of how terrible they've been.
