    heels for graduation

    I ordered my heels for graduation on April 25th and was told they'd arrive in 6-10 business days. It's now May 13th, and my order still hasn't shown up! Every time I reach out via email, I just get a standard automated reply with no new info. I ended up buying another pair of shoes for the big day, which is really annoying. I hardly ever wear heels, so this order feels like a total waste of money. I'm super frustrated, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere for your shoe needs.

    Prescription sunglasses purchase

    I bought prescription sunglasses from this place, but turns out they don't take my insurance for glasses, only for contacts. I had to return the glasses, but at least the return process was easy and the customer service was great. They gave me my refund quickly. I might think about buying from them again if they start taking my insurance. Just make sure to double-check the insurance coverage before you order, maybe give them a call to be safe.

    Four cozy hats, different hues

    As we're getting closer to the holiday season, I found these super cute hats in four different colors that I think would be a great Christmas gift. The quality of the hats is really nice, and I'm super happy with my purchase. The colors are so bright and the material is really soft and cozy. I can't wait to see the look on the recipient's face when they open these hats on Christmas day. Even though the delivery took a little longer than expected, everything turned out fine. I even got a sweet Christmas gift from the seller, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at Himoda and would definitely recommend their products.

    Pants suit

    I bought a pants suit recently but got two pairs of pants instead of the suit jacket. I sent back the extra pants and contacted customer service to fix the mistake. But now I'm worried because I saw some bad reviews about the company. I really hope they send me the jacket, but if not, I'll go to my credit card company to sort it out. This whole thing has made me realize I need to be more careful when ordering from companies I don't know.

    Medication auto-delivery service

    I've been a regular customer at the CVS in Fuquay-Varina, NC for a while now, but I'm fed up with their lousy customer service. I signed up for their medication auto-delivery service over a year ago, thinking it would make things easier for me. However, every time my prescriptions are refilled, I get a notice to come pick them up at the store. It defeats the whole purpose of having auto-delivery in the first place. I have to waste time calling in, waiting on hold for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour, just to ask for my meds to be mailed to me. There have been times when my meds weren't delivered on time, leaving me without my essential medications for up to two weeks. This could seriously impact my health, as I depend on these meds for my well-being. When I shared my frustration with the staff, they were unhelpful and didn't offer any real solutions. The lack of compassion and understanding from the CVS team has pushed me to take my business elsewhere, hoping for the reliable and efficient service I deserve. Not being able to talk to a supervisor, who conveniently happens to be on an endless vacation, says a lot about how this CVS location doesn't care about customer satisfaction. It's disappointing and just not okay.
