Window Solar Charger purchase
I just bought the Window Solar Charger from Grouphug and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well it works. It looks really nice and does a great job of charging my devices with solar power. The design is really cool and it's nice to have a sustainable energy option in my home. I can tell a lot of thought went into making this product and I love how it brings renewable energy into my daily routine.

Three $100 gift cards
I just bought three $100 gift cards from this site, thinking they'd be perfect presents. But man, was I let down when one of the cards only had $8 on it when I went to use it! I was really expecting all of them to be loaded up with the right amount. On top of that, I had a hard time getting the other two cards activated after several tries. It was a real bummer, to be honest. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service for some help, I couldn't even talk to a real person, which just added to the frustration. I really wouldn't recommend using this company for gift cards - the service and quality are seriously lacking.

Gift order
I bought a gift and decided to pay extra for overnight delivery, but it was a total disaster. I made the order on a Wednesday afternoon, but by Friday, it still hadn't been sent out. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it was still "in process." It finally got shipped on Friday evening, but to my disappointment, I wouldn't receive it until Monday instead of Saturday like I planned since UPS was supposed to deliver it. Where did the overnight delivery promise go? I'm just really let down!

Lipstick purchase
I recently bought a lipstick and sadly it had a big dent in it. I contacted customer service about the issue but they didn't apologize and said the dent was normal. After some back and forth, they agreed to give me a refund, which I appreciated. However, the next day I saw that they had actually charged my credit card instead of refunding me. When I reached out to customer service again, they denied the mistake and didn't investigate further. Their lack of accountability is worrying, and I'm thinking about reporting this as fraud.
