Damaged gift cards
I bought two gift cards from this website, and one of them was already used even before I got it. I had to send multiple emails and make phone calls, and finally got a replacement card, but it took five days to arrive. When I checked, it was obvious that both envelopes had been messed with. I even have pictures to prove it. Sadly, the second card was also used up before I could even register it over the phone. Both cards were for Google Play/Store, which makes me worry about a security problem with these cards. It's not good that these compromised gift cards are still being sold to customers.
Unauthorized Google Play Store transactions
Over the holidays, I got a gift card and when I went to use it, I found some charges on there that I didn't make for the Google Play Store. I reached out to customer service, but it was a whole mess with useless phone numbers, robotic messages, and getting passed around. After a bunch of searching online, I finally found one number that actually worked and eventually got connected to someone who could help me out, but only after being bounced around a bunch of times. It was frustrating because in order to file a claim and get it approved, they required proof of purchase, even though I received the gift card as a present. Seemed pretty ridiculous to have to prove I bought something that was a gift in the first place.
Gift card for essentials after accident
As someone who got a gift card for basics after an accident, I gotta say, dealing with this company has been a major letdown. Supposed to use the card for food and stuff I really need, but turns out it's all a fake. Saw a bunch of reviews online calling them out for ripping people off, and that's just not cool. I'm reaching out to the attorney general in my state to file a solid complaint and get the cops involved. This company's shady actions are straight-up wrong, and they need to face the consequences for their dishonesty.
Received gift card
I got this gift card from a friend for a fancy restaurant a while back. Tried to use it the other day after a couple of years, but it got rejected. Turns out, somebody had already used up the balance on it to buy video games not long after I got it. I gave them all the proof they asked for, but all they gave me in return was another card with zero dollars on it. Feels like a total scam to me. Hopefully, the FTC checks it out.
Gift card issues
I just wanted to share my recent experience with a gift card I bought from this company. It was a total headache because every time I tried to use it, it got rejected. Gift card purchase experience
I had such a frustrating experience with this gift card. It was a gift from a relative in Pennsylvania, but I couldn't even activate it. When I tried to check the balance, it only showed 7 cents instead of the promised $100. And on top of that, there was no way to track the card's activity, which definitely seems like a scam to me.

I just had a really bad experience with a gift card I bought from this company. The gift card my daughter gave me for Christmas turned out to have already been used by someone else, and I lost $100 because of it. This Visa gift card is so frustrating! I've tried using it at different stores, but it never works. And don't even get me started on the website - it's a total mess. I was planning to get the gift card for my mom. But it was bit tiring to find something which can fit according to her requirements and also i already wasted too much time on searching it. Finally i get here and i saw this customization option on gift cards I got the cloth gift card for her , with the help of customization i added her photo and it turned out really amazing
My mom loved the surprise and she actually enjoyed using it. I am really happy with the results as well. the price was decent too so yeah overall it was fine for me. Also they have many options which is really hassle-free to get
