Review about: LATAM Airlines
Long-haul flight experience
The seats were so cramped, like, no leg room at all. And if the person in front puts their seat back, you're stuck holding your meal on your lap. They hardly came around with drinks on the long flight. The food was totally gross, couldn't even eat it. The service was like, really bad. Plus, three of our suitcases got messed up and no one even seemed to care. Seriously, do yourself a favor and don't fly with this airline if you're heading to South America.

Home security system purchase
At first, I was pretty annoyed to hear that my order was delayed because the stuff I ordered was at different spots. But man, the customer service team totally came through and fixed everything up real quick. They even speeded up my delivery. So when my items finally got here, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to install everything. I got a base unit, doorbell, and a 360-degree camera, and it only took me about an hour and a half to get it all set up. And get this - I didn't even need any special tools to do it. The camera quality is top-notch, and I even threw in another 360-degree camera without any issues. All in all, I'm super happy with this home security system.

Laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop from this company, but man, the courier service they used really dropped the ball. They didn't even deliver my item and to top it off, they gave me a fake delivery confirmation. It's really messed up my trust in their delivery process and I'm pretty disappointed with how everything turned out.

Custom designed dress
I had a really good experience with customer service when I messed up my orders. The customer care agent, Cecilia, was super helpful and patient. She walked me through the process and made sure I got the right stuff. When I got my custom designed dress, I was blown away by the quality. I'm an artist, so I make my own designs based on my paintings in Photoshop, and the dress turned out amazing. The colors were so vivid and the details were perfect. The stitching was top-notch too, adding to the overall quality of the dress. I'm really happy with my purchase and definitely plan on doing more business with this company.

Comfortable fit jeans
I just bought these jeans that were supposed to be super comfy. At the beginning, they were awesome, but then they ripped after just a few months of regular use, right along the seam of the back pocket. I was pretty let down by the quality, especially coming from a brand known for their durability. And when I tried reaching out to customer service, they weren't much help either, just repeating company rules instead of actually trying to fix the problem.

Ordered a super cute dress
I ordered this super cute dress from them, but then they were like, "Oops, we actually don't have it anymore." And then they were all, "Can we get your credit card info for verification?" I mean, seriously? I've never been asked that before. And then, you won't believe it, they still didn't have the dress. What a total waste of time, don't you think?

Car rental - scam
We rented a car in Turkey through Enjoy Travel only to find out they had canceled the arrangement without any notification. This left us high and dry in a foreign country. According to Enjoy Travel, when I sent an email confirming my flight time had not changed and to seek directions on how to pick up the car, they took this as a change and proceeded to cancel things. They said they sent an email but I have no such email. Interestingly they kept my initial deposit even after canceling and would not refund. I've had to get my credit card provider to refund. It's an absolute disgrace the way they operate. It's an all too familiar story when you look on the web. They take your deposit and cancel if you send an email of any sort (as they will automatically take as a change even if you say hello!).

nothing received
no order received, no ability to contact anymore. dont waste your time or money.
After months, we received our order and not one face mask was any of the designs we ordered. Maybe they think every mom is excited to send their kids out with a face mask that says gangster and is a man smoking a big cigar with a gold tooth? ????????♀️ Maybe they didn’t want us missing out on that? My God. Lol. The order is correct on my item description that came in the package. ????????♀️ So maybe someone in packing can’t read? Also, these things are crap. You can see right through them, breathe right through them. This thing isn’t protecting me from the sun or any cold weather. Wish I could share my video of it. Ridiculous. Waste of money. Not even one star. As a military family, seriously disappointed in the quality and service.
