Twin pocket folders
I'm really bummed about my recent purchase of twin pocket folders from this company. I didn't get everything I ordered, and the stuff I did get was a mess. The boxes were all messed up, the folders were gross inside, and on top of that, I was short 6 boxes. When I called customer service to tell them, they just gave me the runaround and said they'd figure it out with UPS.

MemoryC refund issue
I had a bad experience with MemoryC recently. I had to reach out to them because DHL Express slapped me with an unexpected customs charge for my order. It was annoying to have to shell out extra money to get my stuff delivered to England. But, I gotta say, MemoryC's customer service was on top of things. They got back to me right away and gave me a refund for the charge. They even went the extra mile and checked with DHL to figure out why the extra fee was tacked on. Overall, their service was solid, but it would have been nice if the delivery process had been smoother.

Oh my gosh, I ordered a TV online and it said it was in stock. After waiting for three weeks, I was like, "what's going on?" I contacted them and they were all like, "oh, we're waiting for it to come in, no idea when." Like, excuse me? Then a few days later they just cancel my order and give me my money back. Like, what a scam! It's like they just wanted to keep my money and not give me anything. So shady!
