Home warranty purchase
I recently bought a home warranty and had an issue with the bill that I needed help with. I got in touch with customer service and talked to a lady named Diana. Diana was super nice and friendly and knew her stuff. She was great at answering all my questions and made sure we were both on the same page with my account. She fixed the billing issue right away, which I appreciate. However, I wasn't thrilled about waiting on hold for over 46 minutes before Diana picked up. I've been a customer for a while, so I don't think that long wait time is right. Also, I had already tried to sort out the billing problem through the portal but was told it didn't go through. I asked for a refund on the $5 late fees because I had given them my new account number back in November. I'm wondering why they didn't update my account number last month like I asked them to.
