    Smart vacuum robot

    I got this smart vacuum robot for 800 bucks and I've been using it gently to clean up my teeny 800 square foot apartment for almost a year and a half. I've been taking good care of it, but all of a sudden, the start button won't work. The tech team says it's because of some software issue that can't be fixed. They're claiming it's a manufacturing error, which is super disappointing given how much I shelled out for this thing. I'm beyond frustrated that this thing is now useless and can't be fixed. iRobot won't replace it since it's out of warranty. Overall, I feel like I just threw away my money on this thing.

    I recently had a pretty annoying experience with my order being sent to the wrong place by VEHO, the delivery company this company uses. I contacted customer service about it and they basically shrugged it off, saying they weren't responsible for lost or misplaced deliveries. It was so frustrating and disappointing. Not only did I not get my order, but they also refused to give me a refund for the mistake. The customer service I received totally sucked, and I'm really let down by how they handled things. I definitely won't be shopping with this company again.

    As a parent, I have to say those science kits for kids are amazing! My oldest kid, who's around 7 to 9 years old, loved doing them and couldn't wait for each month's kit to arrive. Since we homeschool, these kits have been a great way for us to explore science together. I really recommend going through the lesson booklets with your kid - they're super well-done and informative. The online lessons are also a nice addition to the hands-on stuff.<br><br>Overall, the kits are pretty sturdy, but we did have a few instances where some parts were fragile. Like, we ended up with a broken valve and a cracked plastic plate during assembly. It wasn't a big deal though, and it didn't ruin our experience at all. Despite those small hiccups, we had a blast with all the experiments and activities in the kits.

    Full lace wigs, Virgin Malaysian hair

    I ordered these really nice full lace wigs that were supposed to be made of fancy Virgin Malaysian hair. But they totally messed up and sent me this low-quality Remy hair instead. And on top of that, I specifically asked for silk tops, but all they did was sew on these really bright white fabric pieces that stick out like a sore thumb and are just plain ugly. It was a total fail.

    I bought a home warranty thinking it would give me peace of mind, but it's been a letdown. The part needed is on back order, and we even missed out on Thanksgiving because of it.
