Okay, so I recently bought these collagen gummies from Vitamin Shoppe, and let me tell you, their website is just not good. I mean, it looks all fancy at first glance, but it's actually full of problems. There's this annoying ticker thing that's always distracting you, the search engine is basically useless, and the whole site just runs so slow. On top of that, it gathers way too much data from you, which kind of feels shady. And don't even get me started on the ads and how they track you. It's just a complete mess. Even the staff in the store has to deal with it, so you end up waiting forever. Not cool at all, man.

Shorts purchase
I ordered some shorts, but they never showed up. After waiting forever, I contacted customer service to see what was going on. They told me the package had been marked as delivered by some shipping company I'd never heard of. When I asked for a refund or a new shipment, they said they don't do that for stuff marked as delivered. It really ticked me off and left me all confused, 'cause I never got my shorts and they didn't have an answer for me.
