Chat filter and reporting system
The chat filter on this platform is just awful. I always have to think twice before writing anything in chat because I'm scared my innocent messages might get flagged for no reason. And reporting players who cheat hasn't been great either. The platform doesn't seem to do much about it, which is really frustrating. It looks like they have a problem when it comes to moderating and handling important stuff quickly.
Stolen money
This company is terrible. They took money from my child's account and when I asked for help, their support team was not helpful and made fun of me. It's obvious they don't care about fixing problems or treating customers well. I really suggest not doing business with them.
In-game experience
This platform really needs to do a better job of moderating and handling in-game problems. It's so frustrating that bullies and harassers can do whatever they want while the victims get punished. We need a better system to deal with these issues and make sure players aren't exposed to toxic behavior. It's not right that there's no accountability and something needs to be done about it now. Hopefully, this review will make them realize they need to step up and take care of their users better.
Disturbing and sexual content
I was really surprised and upset when I found out about all the inappropriate stuff in the games on this platform. Being a parent, I couldn't believe the explicit and awful things my kids were hearing while they were playing. The fact that there's no one making sure that kind of stuff doesn't show up is just not okay. I spent some time on my kids' accounts and then decided to ban Roblox from our house. It's just not worth it to let them see that sort of thing.

The experience of buying virtual currency on this platform was great. Everything went really smoothly, and I was able to finish my transaction quickly without any problems. Online gaming platform
As someone who loves using online gaming platforms, I think Roblox is pretty good for playing all sorts of games and hanging out with other people. You can make and play different "experiences," customize your character, and keep in touch with friends, which is cool. However, I've run into a few problems that I think need to be fixed. One big issue is cheaters in games. These folks use sneaky tricks to give themselves an unfair advantage, which messes up the game for everyone else. Even though Roblox is trying to stop them with an anti-cheat system, cheaters are still a big problem. Another worry is the chance of scams happening on the platform, especially aimed at younger players who are a big part of Roblox's community. Roblox needs to focus on keeping things safe and fair for its users by stepping up their moderation and safety measures.
Hacked account
My account was hacked and it was a complete nightmare! I reached out to customer support, but all I got was an automated email saying they couldn't locate my email even though I've had it for two whole years! My son put a lot of time and money into this game, so we were both pretty disappointed by what happened. After reading other people's negative reviews, I wasn't feeling optimistic at all. ?
Virtual currency
OMG, I totally love using this site to buy virtual currency! It's so fun to go shopping for new items and accessories for my avatar. I feel like a boss when I have all the latest stuff to show off to my friends. The only bummer is the customer support - it's like talking to a brick wall at times. I really hope they can step it up because it's super annoying when I need help with my purchase.
Moderation Team Feedback
I gotta say, the way the moderation team handles bans is just awful. It's like they don't even bother to really check things out before giving out bans like crazy. It's super frustrating when you know you didn't do anything wrong, but still end up getting reported and banned for no good reason. And let me tell you, the way people can easily abuse the report system to get back at someone they don't like is just wrong. Roblox really needs to fix this problem pronto.
Family-friendly online gaming platform
ROBLOX is such a cool online gaming platform that has a ton of games for all different age groups. It's awesome being able to play with your buddies and family, which makes it even more fun. Plus, there are parental controls for the younger players, so parents can keep an eye on what their kid's up to. The only downside is dealing with those annoying folks who try to cheat their way through the system. But hey, you can beef up your security by turning on two-factor authentication. Personally, I really enjoy using ROBLOX and totally recommend it to anyone who wants a rad online gaming experience.
Account Security Failure
My kid's account got hacked back in February and now someone else has taken it over. Even though I've given them tons of money over time, the company hasn't done anything to help. It's a total disaster and a waste of cash. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother investing in these accounts for your little ones, 'cause one day it might all vanish without a warning.
Virtual items purchase
I bought some virtual items and they were really nice. They made my gaming experience even better. But, I wasn't happy with how the platform wasn't moderated well. I reported inappropriate stuff a bunch of times and nothing happened. The customer service didn't really help me out either, they didn't fix the problem.
Customizing avatar and purchasing robux
I absolutely love this game! I've been playing since 2018 and I always enjoy customizing my avatar and buying robux. There are so many different games to play on the platform, which is great because I don't have to constantly download new games. However, some games have a ton of bugs that cause them to freeze a lot. Another thing that bothers me is that people can report others whenever they feel like it, even if the other person didn't do anything wrong. I don't think that's very fair. Also, why does the game have to be rated for 13-year-olds only? Seems kind of pointless. It's also frustrating that people with older phones can't play Roblox. One thing that really got to me was when I lost my account and the Roblox team wouldn't help me recover it. It was really disappointing because I really wanted that account back. Overall, I'd love to give this game 5 stars, but because of these issues, I have to give it 4 stars. If they fix all these problems, I'd definitely rate it 5 stars. I just love this game so much! ?
Online gaming experience
I gotta tell ya, man, my time on this online gaming platform was just amazing. They had so many different games to choose from that I could play for hours without getting bored. The graphics were awesome, and the games ran really smoothly. One of the things I liked the most was being able to chat and play with people from all over the world. Classic-themed UI
I bought a classic-themed UI from this platform, but I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the modern design. I was hoping for that old-school look to really hit me in the feels, but the user interface was just too modern for my liking. Stolen account
My family member's Roblox account got stolen and Roblox isn't doing anything to help us out! We provided them with the billing email linked to the account, but they didn't even acknowledge it. Now, some other family's credit card is tied to the account, and Roblox is refusing to take any action. We reached out to the bank to change the card, but they mentioned it won't solve the issue unless Roblox removes it. It's really aggravating because both the bank and Roblox are essentially allowing the hacker to take advantage of us!
Unauthorized credit card charges
As a worried mom, I had to deal with a really upsetting situation where there were some charges on my credit card that I didn't authorize because my kid was playing a game. When I called customer service, they sent me to a different company that handles payments, and they made the process of getting my money back super long with a bunch of unnecessary questions. In the end, they said no to giving me a refund. This whole situation really shows how some gaming companies don't take responsibility and ignore valid concerns. It's really important for parents to keep an eye on what their kids are doing online to make sure stuff like this doesn't happen.

Even though there are a few hiccups here and there, let me tell ya, the online gaming experience on this platform is seriously top-notch. They've got all kinds of games to choose from, and you can even chat it up with other players while you're at it. The staff is on the ball and always ready to assist, but I do have to mention some worries about the moderation team. It seems like they're kickin' folks out without good cause, and that can really grind your gears if you're playin' by the book. All in all, I'd give this platform a solid 4 stars for its addictive gameplay and awesome community.
