Multiple sweatshirts in 2020 and 2021
I have mixed feelings about this brand. I don't know other brands that do the same thing because I would absolutely patronize them instead of this brand. This brand touts itself on being a family-owned brand and even though they have a phone number, they tell you to contact them on their website. However, they don't actually respond to inquiries on their website. The same thing applies to Facebook and Instagram. They tell you to contact them on their website but they won't respond to emails initiated on their website or via their support email address.
To elaborate on my concern, I received a sweatshirt that was too tight even though I had purchased other sweatshirts of the same size. They told me that I can return it but I had follow up questions. I have been sending them seven emails in the last five weeks with those questions and no response has come from this company. This is not the first time that they have been absent in the context of responding to customer inquiries. I was dangling money in front of them in 2020 and yet they couldn't give me the decency of a response then either. I had to follow up question a few weeks later and again had to wait and follow up with him multiple times before they finally responded to me. Evidently, this family-owned business needs to start thinking of outsourcing their customer service beyond the family because the family sucks at responding to emails. For this reason alone, if there is a similar brand out there who wants to compete with them or already does, please contact me (my name is easily Googleable) as I would be happy to support you financially instead of this company which does not consider me a valued customer. I can imagine that I'm not alone. I can't be the only customer that they're ignoring.
