Very slow at shipping
I won't be ordering again. 2nd time shopping and each time it took forever for my package to even be shipped, then another lengthy wait to arrive. Way below shipping standards in their field.
Redken Max Hold 32 hair spray
I ordered 2 Redken Max Hold 32 hair sprays - one for home and one for our summer home. After a few weeks, the one I started using at home stopped spraying. I have sent 3 different emails with no response and there is no way to reach a live person by phone. I won’t be ordering any more items from this company.

The website said 2-3 days to package. The email order confirmation on Feb 27, 2023 said 3-5 days to package. I emailed them after 3 days to inquire about shipping. Some ... CS rep responded the same day with a snotty response that I just needed to wait. After 5 days, the package still hadn't shipped. I emailed them to cancel the order. Three days later, I received a response that they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. I downloaded the FedEx tracking information. The day I asked them to cancel the order, they printed the label at FedEx. That was March 3rd, 2023. They delivered the package to FedEx on Mar 13th, 2023. Even though the price was really good, COVID has taught everyone that money isn't everything. I would prefer to support someone who isn't going to give me some snotty, can't be bothered, response and then lies about shipping...like FedEx doesn't track this stuff.

I have still not received my product after a supposed tracking number was sent 2 weeks ago, but the product was not sent to USPS. Sent multiple emails and phone calls with no response
