Davinci 360
The worst company ever. I purchased the Davinci 360 before Christmas and when it arrived, I was unable to use the magnetic key card, called and spoke with Alex, stayed on a face time call with him for about 45 mins to "show" me how to use the key card, it didn't work, another key card was overnighted supposedly but came 2 days later, called Alex back key card still didn't work, another Davinci was sent out with a magnetic key card which did not work, this is now Jan 9, 2024. Called Alex back and he brushed me off to customer service. Spoke with Harrol and he appeared to be uninterested. Asked to speak with a manager, and he stated that there were none available. 2 mins after the call Harrol sends me a "form" letter to discuss our conversation and thanking me for calling in. Worst company ever, false advertising, and does not stand by their product.
Diffuser purchase
I really liked the diffuser at first, but it suddenly stopped working. I had to do a bunch of troubleshooting and even sent in a video showing the problem. Then, they sent me the wrong charger after I agreed to give it a shot. Now they want me to send photos again and basically start all over. I'm pretty bummed about how expensive the product was and the frustrating customer service I've had to deal with.
Aroma diffuser purchase
I recently bought an aroma diffuser from this company, but I gotta say, it was a total letdown. Right out of the gate, the diffuser struggled to work like it should. Sure, it eventually started doing its job, but then it just quit on me completely. When I tried to get help from customer service, they told me the warranty had already run out. Real bummer, right? The warranty only lasted 90 days, and that just wasn't enough time for a product like this. They basically said my only option was to drop another $100 on a new machine. Talk about a ripoff! Needless to say, I was not impressed with their lack of help and the expensive fix. Bottom line, I'd steer clear of this company. Their products are low quality and the customer service is no help at all.
Diffuser purchase
My experience with this company was really bad. I bought a diffuser and I totally regretted it. Their customer support was terrible, it was super hard to cancel anything and they hardly ever replied. Plus, they even deleted my comments on social media when I tried to talk about my bad experience. I wouldn't suggest dealing with this company at all.

I got this diffuser and it was great when I first bought it, but then it just stopped working. I reached out to customer service for help, but they were no help at all and didn't really seem to care. I left a negative review hoping they would reach out to me, but it looks like this is a common problem. Aroma360, if you want to fix this, just get in touch and I'll take down my review. The ball's in your court.
museum 360 XL HVAC Diffuser
I purchased the diffuser online on 11 NOV 2023. I paid in full using my American Express Card. I received a call from a representative starting a contract on a subscription for oils on a monthly basis. I decided to cancel the service as I did not know how to install the machine to my AC unit and was given a return label and told once they receive the machine, I would get a refund within 72 hrs. I returned the machine on 24 nov 2023 and it was delivered on 25 Nov 2023 per tracking number. I have yet to receive my refund. I have talked to customer service only to get the run around. I got an email that my refund was processing but that was 5 days ago. I created a help ticket but they keep closing the case saying it has been resolved. It has not been resolved. I am still owed a refund and just want it credited back to my American Express Card.
10 piece sampler kit and mystery gift
I bought this 10 piece sampler kit because I really wanted to test out some new scents before splurging on a big bottle. But can you believe it? I only received 5 samples and they totally left out the mystery gift. What's up with that, right? And when I tried to reach out to customer service, it was such a hassle. I had to go through the whole process of filing a complaint with PayPal just to get my money refunded. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this place. I feel bad for anyone who actually wasted their money there. Best of luck to you!
Diffuser purchase
I ended up buying these two really pricey diffusers, and let me tell you, they were a complete waste! I shelled out $500 for each one, and they both crapped out on me. And to top it off, the replacements they sent were just as bad! Can you believe it? Now they're trying to get me to spend even more money on a new model? No chance. The scents were awesome, but my advice is to skip the expensive diffusers and just use the oils in a cheaper one. Okay?
Bought oils
Their customer service is awesome and the oils smell amazing! But man, the wireless pro thingy crapped out on me, and I had to get it replaced THREE times because it was leaking oil all over the place. Not cool, dude.
Fragrance purchase with expert consultation
I got some really great advice from a super knowledgeable staff member when it came to picking out the perfect fragrance for my place. The chat we had was so helpful in figuring out what would work best for me. I can't wait for my order to get here because I've been needing a good scent in my space for a while now. The staff member even gave me some tips on how to make the fragrance last longer, which I thought was awesome. And on top of all that, the customer service was top-notch. It meant a lot to me that they reached out to me right after our first talk.
Diffuser purchase issues
I bought two diffusers from this company not long ago, and both of them broke down after just three months. Despite that, I kept getting refills that I shelled out $1095.00 for over the span of a year. I wanted to cancel my three-year contract because of the faulty diffusers, but they turned me down in a really rude way. I even suggested sending back the diffusers and all the refills I hadn't used, but the customer service folks were no help at all and downright disrespectful.
Wireless Pro Diffuser
I recently bought that Wireless Pro Diffuser from your store and I've been having some trouble with it. After using it for less than a month, it started shutting off on its own, which has been pretty annoying. When I tried to get help from customer service, I had a not-so-great experience with a representative who kept cutting me off and at first didn't want to admit there was a problem with the unit. It wasn't until later that she finally agreed there was an issue. Now, I have to deal with the hassle of sending the unit back and wait who knows how long for a replacement or a fixed device. On top of that, I ordered some fragrance that hasn't shown up after 8 days and I haven't heard anything from the company about it.
oils only
Bad product. Oils make your eyes water...crusty eyes when you wake up...It's all about money...do not order this product.
Oil Refill program
I was bated into enrolling into one of their oil refill programs (rep told me prices were going up 40% next day... I later found out that wasn't so. the prices never changed)
I had multiple issues from oils not arriving onetime, coming damaged, missing labels etc. also the customer service was HORRIBLE. after speaking to 5 different people (all promising to call me back) only the account manager, Kalin Denny eventually called me back.
The company ended up sending me to collections (OMEAG RMS) for oils not received.
I had my attorney look over the contract agreement to see what could be done. after review, we found that there is a termination clause that allows someone to get out of the agreement if they are not satisfied with the good OR service. in this case i had issues with both. The only requirement that the agreement stated was that there be a balance on the contract - which in my case there was (thus the collections).
after brining this up to the finance manager (Kalin Denny) she failed to even acknowledge the clause and incorrectly stated that there was a timeline to enforce this clause (which there absolutely wasn't- at least on the contract)
I'm in the process of filing a material contract breach with my attorney's. hoping this will prevent this company from scamming more people.Aroma360 Vangogh X2
READ THIS FIRST BEFORE PURCHASING! Buyers beware:
I purchased 2 units from them in April (the vanGogh 360s). Right after purchase, I got a call from someone working there. They were going to cancel my order and sign up for a plan to save me money and also provide scents for the units and a warranty. They said i would be getting free units essentially. Since then, I received 5 vangoghs (only wanted 2), my original order was never canceled or refunded, and have not received the continue scents as promised.
I called to request a refund and to return the unused/extra units. I was told NO, they will not do that.
The man on the phone also said he would not let me talk to a manager or anyone else because he was making the decision for the company… said he would not let me speak to a manager or anyone else and would not help…. Essentially saying we (aroma360) ... you over and there is nothing you can do!
I am being charged over 8,000 for products I can buy on their site for less than 1500….
I am ripped off and scammed out of money and this is not okay….. AND I CANT EVEN TAlK TO SOMEONE!
It’s not okay for a company to operate like this. PLEASE HELP!

My 360mini took 30 days to arrive, though the company took my payment immediately upon order. The item was defective when delivered and although it turned on, it never diffused any scent. Additionally, the remote cover face was unglued so I had no way to know which side was top or bottom thereby rendering the remote useless. This is poor quality for a $250 machine. I had also ordered a black model but instead received a silver one. I contacted the company via their customer service email. Their website does not list a phone number. It took 3 days for a bot to reply, telling me they'd received my email and someone should soon get back to me. A few days later I followed up with another email to ask when I might hear back. A week letter I got an email asking me for a time that they could call. I scheduled a date and time that was five days out (all that was available to me) and they did call, although almost 45 minutes passed the scheduled time. The agent was as helpful as he could be, walked me through plugging it in, and replied, yep, it's defective. Process was they would email me a return label in apx 48 hours for me to go to UPS to ship back to them. When I asked when I might expect my replacement unit given that is now well past 30 days since I paid for it, the reply was 7-10 days after they received my return, and as much as I pressed, I couldn't get a satisfactory answer as to if my replacement would actually be on my doorstep in 7-10 days or they'd ship out a replacement in 7-10 days, possibly leaving me waiting another month before I actually had a working Aroma360. The service agent was doing the best he could and I was polite, but the company is not set up to be customer friendly. I like the idea of the Aroma360 and intended to buy the mini to see how well it worked and if it was satisfactory then I'd purchase a larger unit for the living area of my home. I even subscribed to the monthly auto ship of scent... how will I ever cancel that since the initial order and contact has been so unsatisfactory? I'll keep you all posted should this not end satisfactorily, but given the exchange thus far, I don't have high hopes.

Mini Difusser
Over the holidays I responded to an Aroma360 televised advertisement featuring Shark Tank’s Daymond John. Shortly after ordering the Aroma360 Mini Diffuser I was contacted by an Aroma Representative, Dania. She offered me a 2nd diffuser for “free” and a monthly subscription of $75 for a larger size of fragrance oil. In order to participate in this offer, I had to digitally sign a form resembling a finance contract. Immediately, I advised her that I was not interested in financing a product, she assured me that I was not signing a finance agreement and that the system didn’t have the correct forms! Red Flag Alert! She continued to assert that it wasn’t a finance agreement and against my better judgment I trusted the young lady and signed the contract. Later upon reviewing the agreement, I discovered that Dania lied to me and I had signed a finance contract for in excess of $2000! There was no full disclosure of these details during my conversation with Dania! I relayed my concerns and disappointment to another Aroma360 representative. She assured me that these conversations are recorded and that a supervisor would review my interactions with Dania on 11/30/2022. As of this date no one from Aroma360 has responded... calls and emails to customer support go unanswered! No resolution to my complaint! I have returned the second diffuser and cancelled the monthly subscription. Regrettably, I am committed to a finance agreement and must pay the remaining balance! Buyer Beware of Aroma360’s scam tactics of enticing customers unknowingly to a finance transaction!
Ditto here. I'm in the process of cancelling everything. Never opened the box. My recommendation: order what you want, when you want it and do NOT get into any contract.

This company has BY FAR the worse customer service i have ever needed to deal with. The diffuser came in damaged and does not let out any of the scent. After speaking numerous times on the phone I am still unable to receive the return label to send mine back. I have contacted them by phone, email and online chat. They have yet to replace the diffuser after spending 500$ on this horrible diffuser. DO NOT BUY THIS SCAM OF A PRODUCT.
