Online dating experience
My experience with online dating lately has been pretty disappointing. The platform has really gone downhill, dealing with a bunch of annoying issues that make it hard to connect with potential matches. One big issue is not being able to see when someone was last online, so it's tough to know who's actually active on the site. Plus, the app is not very user-friendly and feels pretty useless. It's a real bummer that even full members can't exchange emails, forcing everyone to stay on the platform to talk, which is not how it works on other sites. I ordered a jewelry box on December 4th and haven't heard anything about it since. It's December 18th now. I've sent a few online messages but no one's picking up the phone when I call. This was my first time buying from this company and I'm really bummed out by the poor customer service.

Cute clothes but had to be returned due to sizing issue
The clothes I got from this online store were super cute and stylish, but they ended up being too big for me. I was bummed that the sizing was off, but I get that sometimes happens when you shop online. The return and exchange process wasn't as easy as I was hoping for, though. I was surprised as a Canadian customer that I had to pay for return shipping to the US, which was an unexpected expense. The whole process was kind of confusing and slow, which was frustrating.
