    Dress purchase, sizing issue

    I bought a dress from The Webster not too long ago, but I was pretty disappointed. The dress I got was supposed to be a US size 10, but it was way too small when it showed up. It fit more like a size 6.

    Uneven Pants Purchase

    I recently bought two pairs of men's pants from this store, and I was really disappointed because one pair was 10 cm shorter than the other. To make matters worse, the shorter pair was missing a belt loop. It was obvious that this was just a mistake during production. When I tried to return the pants, they told me in a rude way that I missed the 14-day return window. How can they not accept returns for faulty items? Instead, they told me to take the pants to a tailor and they'd refund me for the alteration. This kind of customer service is not okay and I've never heard of this happening before.

    Replacement of a faulty item

    I had a problem with something I bought from this company, but the owner contacted me directly to fix it. I was really impressed by how much they cared about making sure I was happy. Dan really went out of his way to make sure everything was sorted out quickly, which isn't always the case with online businesses. I would definitely suggest this company to others because of their incredible customer service.

    "Overpriced air purifier"

    I bought an air purifier thinking it would help clean the air in my home. However, it took a ridiculously long month for me to actually get it. Then, after the first replacement filter, the thing just stopped working completely. It was practically brand new, but it crapped out on me. Molekule sent me another filter, but that didn't solve the problem, so they finally agreed to take the unit back. Thing is, I had to buy a box to send it back, which was pretty unexpected. And instead of getting a shiny new unit in exchange, they sent me a refurbished one. I spent a ton of money on this thing, hoping for a new one, not a used one. It's pretty worrying that Molekule only seems to send out refurbished units that have had problems in the past. Who knows how long it'll be before this one craps out too?

    Two orders, came quickly

    OMG, I ordered two things from here and they came super fast! I mean, I read some reviews that said it took forever, but that was not my experience at all. The packaging was really cool and both orders were exactly what I wanted. I am definitely going to shop here again!

    Their customer service is awesome and the oils smell amazing! But man, the wireless pro thingy crapped out on me, and I had to get it replaced THREE times because it was leaking oil all over the place. Not cool, dude.

    Replica bags, lack of cancellation option, poor customer service

    I recently bought a bag from this company, hoping to get a good deal on a nice quality bag. But man, was I disappointed when I got a fake bag instead of the real deal I ordered. And to top it off, there's no way to cancel the order or return it on their website. They expect us to hit them up on Instagram or even fax them, like who uses faxes these days? It's ridiculous. How can a company not have a plain old email address for customer questions? It's mind-blowing. And when I tried to get help, all I got was useless responses and the same boring info over and over. This kind of customer service just doesn't cut it.
