    My 360mini took 30 days to arrive, though the company took my payment immediately upon order. The item was defective when delivered and although it turned on, it never diffused any scent. Additionally, the remote cover face was unglued so I had no way to know which side was top or bottom thereby rendering the remote useless. This is poor quality for a $250 machine. I had also ordered a black model but instead received a silver one. I contacted the company via their customer service email. Their website does not list a phone number. It took 3 days for a bot to reply, telling me they'd received my email and someone should soon get back to me. A few days later I followed up with another email to ask when I might hear back. A week letter I got an email asking me for a time that they could call. I scheduled a date and time that was five days out (all that was available to me) and they did call, although almost 45 minutes passed the scheduled time. The agent was as helpful as he could be, walked me through plugging it in, and replied, yep, it's defective. Process was they would email me a return label in apx 48 hours for me to go to UPS to ship back to them. When I asked when I might expect my replacement unit given that is now well past 30 days since I paid for it, the reply was 7-10 days after they received my return, and as much as I pressed, I couldn't get a satisfactory answer as to if my replacement would actually be on my doorstep in 7-10 days or they'd ship out a replacement in 7-10 days, possibly leaving me waiting another month before I actually had a working Aroma360. The service agent was doing the best he could and I was polite, but the company is not set up to be customer friendly. I like the idea of the Aroma360 and intended to buy the mini to see how well it worked and if it was satisfactory then I'd purchase a larger unit for the living area of my home. I even subscribed to the monthly auto ship of scent... how will I ever cancel that since the initial order and contact has been so unsatisfactory? I'll keep you all posted should this not end satisfactorily, but given the exchange thus far, I don't have high hopes.

    2 tankinis - do not recommend because of poor customer service

    I ordered 2 swim suits, both the same style, one fit good the other did not. I emailed them to ask about returning/exchanging it and provided the details as requested on their website for returns. I knew I was outside of the short 15-day return window and that I'd have to pay return shipping, but I also figured they'd be a tad flexible or understanding. They were not. The email was also a little rude and unprofessional.

    While I do like the 1 swimsuit and think they will end up exchanging it for me after I replied back a few times, I will not purchase from them again and do not recommend them either because of the poor customer service and short return window; a 30-day is standard and expected these days, so I feel they are being a little deceptive in this regard and I will not support that. Too bad, because they do seem to have a good product and price-point... which is only potential without good customer service.

I sent a second email and now they have stopped responding all together. I hope this turns into a good story, but for now...

    Same thing happened to me! Ordered on Jan 28, received shipping notification on Feb 5. Label was created but the package never made it to UPS. Was told that they would ship within 72 hours and they were so sorry. Nothing shipped until Feb 17. They stopped answering my emails and did not notify me that my order have finally shipped. Found out from the Shop app

    I ordered my items on December 13th, 2020 it said 5-7 business days for delivery. It is now December 28th and no word from them. I tried to Chat with someone and I got know where. I didn't expect this at all because I thought they were a legit company but I guess it does not matter who you are. Very disappointed.

    UPDATE:
    The product itself is fine. It’s the business and owner I have a problem with. Heads up for those who care about the businesses they support: Owner is Jeff Riman. Quick searching found ignorant, racist posts by him and that he’s a Trump supporter. Wishing I would have done that search prior to my very first order, definitely explains the poor business practices. My experience dealing with the company was prior to knowing the owner’s background.

    Original review:
    I’m not a fan of the business side of things. My first order was shipped in two part which is fine but it wasn’t noted anywhere except on my packing slip of the first order in tiny print from what looked like a printer running out of ink. Apparently one of the products was on back order but no one informed me of that, they just sent the one product. I didn’t get a separate tracking no. or anything. Not a huge deal, I was just concerned that I had paid for something I didn’t receive. I had a hard time getting in touch with someone to figure out the issue but when I finally spoke to someone, they confirmed it was on its way and had been back ordered. No major complaints, just sketchy for payment to be processed for both products and not told the other was back ordered and would be a while longer.

    I ordered a new bottle of the oil as we are running out. After placing the order, a deal pops up and they ask you if you want to buy another product at a discounted rate. I figured I liked the product so I clicked ‘order now’ but the button seemed inactive and after a minute the page just refreshed so I clicked again thinking I’d get to reconfirm my order and make sure the extra was there. There was no reconfirm. It processed payment/order immediately and showed confirmation of 3 orders of the product and I only wanted two. I was in an office and unable to call so I immediately sent an email after the confirmation. Within 10 mins from the order being placed, I got a shipment confirmation email with all 3 products and then got an email right after confirmation from customer service saying that it had already shipped and that it’s their policy that I call so there’s nothing they can do. I made it clear that I was unable to call, the website glitched. It wasn’t my error and even if I had called as soon as I was able to, it still would have been too late since it ‘shipped’ in less than 10 mins, which they still could have done something about because I know that just means the shipping label was prepared... it definitely wasn’t too late.

    If you use them, be careful, they definitely operate in a way that takes advantage of people and claim innocence because it’s all on their ‘policy’. If you click on the additional offers, you will not get to review your updated order! And if there is an error, call IMMEDIATELY, if they process the shipping label, that’s it. They don’t care what happened, your money is theirs. I plan to find another provider with a product that works and honest business practices. That’s the last of my money going to King Kanine.

    Other Facebook reviews show they have a pattern of poor business behavior.

    Excellent and very useful products for healthy reasons.Products are not a medicine.Its supplements.Not necessary at all to buy.But when contact doctors for poor and bad health they prescribe allopathic treatment and there we never bother ,sources of vitamins and minerals by high solutions.I believe if natural elements is consuming by a body ,their conditions are mostly seen in better .
    Our family and myself using continues consumption of multivitamins tablets on routine basis .Our product seller is this Nature s best shop.We didn't stop even two months as a course ..Just after a set time we started taking one instead two in day but every day.Our condition is much better then any one around us.

    necklace and bracelet

    I received the necklace through my FFF box and added on the bracelet because I thought they looked so cute online and the retail value was $135 for bracelet and $115 for necklace so I thought what a great deal! Until I saw it in person... The fact that all of their stuff is plated (sterling silver isn't even that expensive) and then to price it so high is a rip off. The bracelet is cute but the necklace is awful. You can tell by looking at it that it is fake because it is so shiny and even if I liked the look of it, I can't stand the way the necklace feels against my skin. It doesn't even lay right and wouldn't pay $35 for it let alone $115. I was so shocked at the lack of quality that I looked up website and I couldn't believe all the positive reviews, there were only a few but shockingly all positive saying how expensive it looked and what great value and I'm like in what world? But now I get it, I posted my own truthful opinion and because it was negative it never showed up on their website! Go figure. This crap is WAY overpriced.

    Tuka Cover Up

    I bought Tuka Cover Up in this store. One for me, one for my sister and for my mom. I was excited because it was perfect for the summer but it took 3 weeks to get here. We weren't able to use it and the cover up for my mom is broken. So I contacted this company and they gave us a new one. Great customer service, and great product. The delivery was kind of off but it's fine because of the pandemic.

    Yes. A scam. I ordered two swimsuits in late August. As of October 7 neither have been delivered. There is a tracking number but that seems like a scam too. Appears that the package is stuck somewhere entities from China and they explicitly don’t take responsibility for shipping delays. That’s some delay!!!!

    I too have experienced this. Ordered a swimsuit last year which was totally the wrong size when it arrived. Had to send it back at great cost and despite me checking with them every month if they’d received the return, no refund. The package was eventually returned to sender 7 months later as it had been unclaimed. A very expensive mistake!

    I had focused on HSN season sale .Very often i see many products in season sale where regular cost shows less then fifty percent.
    But see my luck I had already purchased on Ipad on regular price and later same item were selling in season sale on great discount.
    Today i received my parcel containing lamb leather motto jacket,lopez cardigan and set of 4 socks .
    I always scare about o line products what they display and what they deliver but here everything is alright.All products are matching and as per descriptions.
    Deliveries never been any issue so far ,nicely packed,and delivered on agreed time.

    I paid this Company Over $400 for a board for my son’s Birthday. That was 6 Weeks ago. I did receive a Tracking number but after just Speaking with FedEx I’m told they Did create a Label for my board But they have NOT shipped the order and it has been 6 Weeks! I have Attempted Many, Many times to reach them by Email which mysteriously gets placed into a “Que” & Never gets delivered. I have Repeatedly called the number they provided and that is Not a working number. At this point I have no choice but report them as Fraudulent & hire an Attorney. It would be worth paying the money to make sure No One else goes through what I have with these people! Anyone else have problems receiving your order AFTER they take your Money???

    Linda, We are seeing the same thing with my son's order. He ordered it on June 3. June 4 the money cleared our bank account. It's still sitting magically in a FedEx non existent que. It's July 17. Did you ever receive the board or file a dispute with your bank? I'm trying to be patient due to COVID and shipping delays but I'm feeling used and taken advantage.

    I had been able to get some degree of communication with someone named Henry. My fedex tracking number had been pending since June 18th. I was told recently by this Henery that the boards ship by sea to China first then go to California then to fedex (if you live in the US) and that my order has been held up in customs for some reason and that he was trying to get some information on it. I’m not going to personally vouch for them but they seem legit from research.

    I also bought a Lycaon GR. I was happy to receive it. But after using it for a few times it was not working anymore. For no reason. Very bad customer service. I was also in contact with Henry. Over 30 mails so far and the board is still not working.

    All I wanted was a replacement battery that was under warranty. I didn't have time to take the videos and pictures he ("Henry") asked for because my brother died, so he had a false shipping label made that he dicked around with and lied to me about for 3 weeks.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! This company is terrible at filling orders on time, when u place an order it says ships 5-7 days, I waited over a month for 2 kids face masks and they equally as terrible getting back to people in customer service. I have sent several emails asking where my product is i received 1 email on 6/22 stating I will get my products by the end of the week and here we are 7/17 and I JUST received my masks, which are way too big for my kids faces...when i order children sizes.. they are quick to take ur money but thats about all they are quick with.. I have already waited 6 weeks for 2 masks...save your self the headache and order elsewhere...

    Ordered on April 3. Understood it would take awhile due to COVID. Supposed to be 4-6 weeks. Contacted company & they offered refund or I could wait a bit. I waited. Finally came 1st week in June. All 3 worked fine. Second week one of the sanitizers wireless charger stopped working. I sent 3 emails with NO RESPONSE. I spent $178 on JUNK.
