    Black pants purchase

    I recently bought a pair of black pants from this company, and man, was I let down by the color mix-up! The photos online so clearly showed them as black, but when I got them, they were totally gray. I needed black pants for a special event, so this was a real hassle. But hey, the pants themselves fit great and looked stylish. I shot customer service a message to let them know I wasn't happy about the color mix-up, and after a bit of a wait, they sent me a return label to send them back. When I returned the pants, they docked $6 from my refund for shipping, which they hadn't told me about earlier. I tried shooting them an email about it, but I haven't heard back yet.

    I had no problem with ordering time. The shipment arrived about 5 days after i ordered. However 2 of my items were missing that i paid for. This was my 3rd time ordering from them and on my 2nd time this same exact thing happened. I emailed them about it and each time, they said the item was out of stock and that’s why I didn’t receive it. On my first ever order, they sent me stuff in the wrong colors. After contacting them, they said it was because they were out of stock in the color i ordered, even though it showed that my order was processed, reviewed and shipped without any stock issues. Oh well. Now that I’ve had problems after the 3rd time ordering from them, I don’t think i will again. Good prices for clothes but waste of money when you don’t receive them.

    Clothing from wharehouse sale

    Amaryllis took over 15 days to ship my order, After numerous emailed and dm’s sent, I was told my order would ship in 48 hours. This turned into 8 days. After finally receiving my order an item is missing which I’ve paid for. No notification was given. Waiting on a response email now...

    I'm having the same problem. I ordered stuff from their warehouse sale the beginning of February 2021 and I have yet to receive anything. I sent an email and they responded that they would have it shipped in 48 hours. That was this past Monday. It's now Friday and I haven't heard anything else. I sent a second email and now they have stopped responding all together. I hope this turns into a good story, but for now...

    Same thing happened to me! Ordered on Jan 28, received shipping notification on Feb 5. Label was created but the package never made it to UPS. Was told that they would ship within 72 hours and they were so sorry. Nothing shipped until Feb 17. They stopped answering my emails and did not notify me that my order have finally shipped. Found out from the Shop app

    This company is borderline scammer. They have not shipped out my order after almost a month of placing an order and their customer service do not respond to emails and phone calls.

    Me too they’re lying to me over email saying it shipped and that they’re gonna ship it soon a month after I purchased from their “warehouse sale” I’m worried I’ll never get my clothes

    They have done the exact same thing with my order. They sent an email saying my order is shipped but ups never got the order and it’s been a month since I placed my order.

    Down Home Plush Zip-Up

    Buyer beware! As a first time customer of Amaryllis Apparel, this Christmas I purchased a Zip-Up for my daughter. In my attempt to exchange it for a Large, I was told "unfortunately we do not offer returns for Final Sale items" and also that I had "purchased it on clearance" which clearly neither was the case as my bill for the item was $45.98 and it is currently selling for $29.99. I understand a No Return Policy, but I simply sought to Exchange a Medium for a Large. Disappointed in the lack of accommodation during this COVID Christmas. I will not be shopping here again.
