Luxurious vacation rental
My family and I just got back from an awesome stay at a fancy vacation rental in Orlando. It was in the perfect spot, super close to all the fun stuff like attractions, shopping, and great places to eat. The house was big, cozy, and super clean. Everything from booking to checking out was really easy, and the staff were so helpful and made sure we had a great time. We'll definitely be back to this rental next time we're in Orlando.

8” tower speakers
I was in the market for some new 8-inch tower speakers for my setup and came across this place with great reviews. I took a look at their website and really liked what I saw, so I decided to reach out with a question online. They responded to me very quickly and even hooked me up with a discount code! With that level of customer service, I placed my order immediately. According to the website, they should ship within 24 hours, so now I'm just eagerly waiting for my package to arrive. I'll keep you posted on how everything goes once it's here!

Faulty product, refusal to refund
I bought something that was supposed to come with a 30-day guarantee, but it didn't work. When I asked for a refund, the company said they shipped it correctly and wouldn't give me my money back. They basically tried to say the guarantee was just for the crappy product itself. Total scam - avoid buying from them!

Athletic shoes
As a customer, I gotta say I had a really good experience with the athletic shoes I bought recently. The quality of these shoes is top-notch, they give me great support when I'm working out. Ordering them was easy, and I liked that I could customize them in different ways. The price was fair for the awesome quality of the shoes. They came super quick and in perfect shape. I'm happy with my purchase overall, and I'd definitely suggest these shoes to other folks.

Oil Refill program
I was bated into enrolling into one of their oil refill programs (rep told me prices were going up 40% next day... I later found out that wasn't so. the prices never changed)
I had multiple issues from oils not arriving onetime, coming damaged, missing labels etc. also the customer service was HORRIBLE. after speaking to 5 different people (all promising to call me back) only the account manager, Kalin Denny eventually called me back.
The company ended up sending me to collections (OMEAG RMS) for oils not received.
I had my attorney look over the contract agreement to see what could be done. after review, we found that there is a termination clause that allows someone to get out of the agreement if they are not satisfied with the good OR service. in this case i had issues with both. The only requirement that the agreement stated was that there be a balance on the contract - which in my case there was (thus the collections).
after brining this up to the finance manager (Kalin Denny) she failed to even acknowledge the clause and incorrectly stated that there was a timeline to enforce this clause (which there absolutely wasn't- at least on the contract)
I'm in the process of filing a material contract breach with my attorney's. hoping this will prevent this company from scamming more people.
