I think it's pretty awesome that this bank is expanding! I didn't realize there were global banking services before, but now I do! And I just found out that Western Union isn't actually a bank. I've been learning a lot here. I looked into their achievements on their about page and noticed they have plans to enter the US market. Since I travel a lot and make international payments, that's really exciting news for me. All in all, my banking experience here has been great. This bank is dependable, secure, creative, and really innovative.

Last-minute holiday gift
I had a last-minute holiday gift crisis and thought about ordering from this company. I was really impressed with how fast they took care of a problem I had with my order. But, even though I ordered it right at the beginning of December, I still haven't gotten my item yet. The customer service was awesome, but I'm bummed that my gift didn't get here in time for the holidays. I'm crossing my fingers that it'll show up before the year is over.

I wanted to share about this amazing customer service experience I had recently. I called this morning to ask about an order I made and I got to talk to a guy named Donald. He was super patient, understanding, and really went out of his way to help me. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me out. I think Donald is a real asset to the company and deserves recognition for how awesome he was at his job.

Charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow cases
I got this really nice charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and two pillow cases from this company. They're all made well and the customer service was amazing. But, when my order came, I noticed the duvet cover was a different shade of gray than the pillow cases and fitted sheet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly sent me a new duvet cover in the right color. They explained that they recently changed their materials or dye process to make the linen even better. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and would definitely buy from them again.
