Baggage purchase issue
I recently had a pretty bad experience with an airline when it came to buying an extra bag. I went online and added the bag to my reservation, but when I got to the airport, they wouldn't help me out because of the weather. To make matters worse, they wouldn't give me a refund for the fee I paid.

Essential oil sampler set
I just bought this essential oil sampler set from this place and man, was I let down. The product was supposed to be oils, but what they sent me was basically just scented water. You couldn't even spray it like regular oils, you had to spray the scent onto a piece of cardboard. The quality was terrible and definitely not worth the $23.00 I paid. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody, it's just a rip off.

Sought-after spray
I've been searching for this spray for a while now, and I was so excited to finally find it on FragranceX. The website was easy to use, and I quickly found what I was looking for. Ordering was a piece of cake. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order arrived, it got here sooner than I had anticipated. The packaging was great, my spray arrived in perfect condition. I am really happy with my shopping experience at FragranceX and I will definitely be coming back for all my fragrance needs.

Collage printing
I've been using this place for a long time to print out collages of my grandkids' birthday parties. It's really easy to use and way better than any other app I've used. I can choose whatever size I want for the photos, select the background, and move them around - it's great! Plus, when I get the prints, they look so nice and are affordable. I really love this place and recommend it to everyone.

Overcharged for a product
I went in there thinking I was only gonna spend $200, but somehow ended up dropping $400. When I changed my mind and tried to get a refund, they only gave me half back. Totally not cool!

Airport transfer service
I used the airport transfer service not long ago and it was a real letdown. The driver was super rude and not professional at all, the vehicle was too cramped and totally uncomfortable, and the whole thing just left a bad feeling. I was hoping for an easy and chill ride, but all I got was disappointing service and no professionalism. I won't be choosing this company again next time.

Muzzle brake purchase
I bought a muzzle brake from them and it was really high-quality. It really helped reduce the recoil when I fired my rifle. Putting it on was easy and I saw a big improvement in my accuracy when I was shooting. I'm really happy with my purchase and I would definitely suggest their products to other shooters.

Order not received
I'm really bummed about my experience with this company. I ordered something weeks ago and still haven't gotten it. I've reached out a bunch of times but haven't heard anything back. They gave me a tracking number, but USPS is saying they haven't even received the order yet. It's super frustrating and makes me feel like I've been tricked. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
