I canceled. After a few years of paying the $49.95 monthly VIP fee I realized it wasn’t saving me anything — just costing me patience. The clothes were okay sometimes, but the shoes? Man, they either started smelling like old gym socks after two wears or just fell apart on the first playground test. I paused my membership once hoping things would get better, had a stack of credits saved up, and then learned—surprise—that they can expire. That was never how I remembered it being explained when I signed up. Customer service basically shrugged and said they couldn’t reinstate or refund them. I’ve had subscriptions that were annoying before, and some companies actually make it easy to sort stuff out, so this hit harder than I expected. Not everything is terrible — orders did arrive most of the time and the site is easy to use — but between limited choices, hit-or-miss quality, and the shady credit rule, it wasn’t worth the monthly drain. I’m done with it, honestly.
Late and oddly comfy
customer service basically shrugged and said they can’t control the courier after it leaves, which is frustrating — I’ve dealt with small shops that at least try to chase things down. The company could be honest up front about delays and give real tracking; little updates go a long way. If you care most about the product itself, you might like these, but buyer beware on shipping and support.
Midnight bank stare
I posted on their Facebook page and a guy named Ike actually helped — honest, did exactly what he said, and sent a cancellation email so I finally had proof. That was a relief, almost funny after all the runaround. Bottom line: delivery was fine and fast, product okay, but billing and support messed up my trust. If you try them, watch your bank statements and if you get stuck, try the FB route — ask for Ike.
That VIP thing finally pushed me out
the deals got weird, items priced lower than a credit were still only "VIP eligible" in odd ways, and credits started expiring after three months. More than once the credit just disappeared the day before the date they showed me, and customer service couldn't or wouldn't restore it. The final straw was realizing I was paying more as a member sometimes, or being nudged to pay cash for what I wanted and use the credit on something else. So yeah, I canceled. I still think some pieces are fine for everyday wear, same vibe as Old Navy or Walmart, but the subscription model stopped making sense for me. If you're careful and read the fine print, maybe it's okay, but it didn't work for my routine.
Shoes during Black Friday sale
I bought some shoes on Black Friday because they had some good deals. The prices were pretty good, but then I found out there were some charges on my bank cards that I didn't make. My bank let me know about it, otherwise I wouldn't have even noticed. Now I'm a little worried about the security of my financial info.
Children's clothing
I've been trying to order kids' clothes a bunch of times, but every time I try, they end up cancelling my order because some stuff is out of stock. It's really annoying because I get a confirmation number and then the next day I find out my whole order got cancelled. I think it would make more sense if they just took out the items that are unavailable instead of cancelling everything. Even though this has been a headache, I'm crossing my fingers that my latest order goes through smoothly.
Fast delivery, great inventory
I just bought something and got it super fast which was awesome. They had a really good selection and I found exactly what I needed. It was a great shopping experience overall and I would totally shop there again.
Savings with forgotten credits
I totally forgot about some credits I had, but when I saw the chance to use them at checkout, I couldn't resist. I was so happy to find out that I could save big and get the most out of my money by bundling two whole outfits or pairing them with shoes. Checking out was easy, and I liked being able to choose where to apply my credits in my cart. Overall, buying this was awesome and I'll definitely order again in the future.
Fun and stylish kids' clothing
FabKids has a really cool and stylish collection of kids' clothes. I like that they have a lot of pieces that you can mix and match to make different outfits. They always have new stuff for each season, which keeps things fun. My daughter really loves the clothes I've gotten for her from FabKids, and that makes me happy as a customer.
3 pairs of shoes bundle
I really don't like how they're doing the membership credits now. It just feels like a rip-off to me having to buy 3 pairs of $8 shoes to get one credit. Even getting three $12 shoes doesn't seem like a good deal anymore. I liked it better when the credit would just apply automatically when you hit the threshold. This new system is confusing and annoying, especially with the monthly credit going up. I'm not sure if I'll keep shopping here with these changes.
VIP credit issues
Man, this website is such a rip-off! They talk about giving you these VIP credits, but good luck using them on anything good. You're limited to only a few items or bundles, which is such a waste of time. Plus, if you try to use them on sale items, they magically go back to full price. It's like they don't want you to save any money at all. And to make things even worse, their clothes are made in China, so they should be cheap, right? Nope, they throw on an import tax on top of everything. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Kids clothing subscription
I felt overwhelmed with all the offers Seth kept throwing at me to stay with my membership. He wouldn't take no for an answer and just kept pushing more deals on me. It was really frustrating and irritating to deal with. But then Nyca came along and she was like a breath of fresh air with her straightforward and helpful attitude. The difference between the two reps was just so noticeable.
Big order, no VIP reward
I placed this big order and spent over $400, but I didn't see my VIP $10 reward for being a VIP member. I used some points to pay for it, but that $10 reward would've been a nice bonus, especially with Christmas coming up. It might not seem like much, but that $10 could go towards some fun stocking stuffers for my grandkids. Rewards are meant to keep customers coming back, so when they're not given, it makes me wonder if it's really worth it.
Clothes purchase
I just bought some really cool clothes online, but man, it was such a pain trying to find the ones I wanted within my budget. Seriously, it took me forever to place my order because I had to keep going back and forth and redoing everything so many times. But hey, the clothes look adorable, and I'm excited to receive them in the mail. Shoutout to those awesome deals though, they were definitely worth all the hassle!

Oh my gosh, the shoes I got from here are seriously the cutest! They fit perfectly and are so adorable. I love wearing them with all my favorite outfits.

Credits availability after membership cancellation
I actually canceled my membership a few months back, but I was really happy to see that I still had some credits left. I was stressing out that I'd lose them when I canceled. It's awesome to know that the company still looks out for their customers even after they leave. I really like that and I'll for sure think about rejoining down the road.
Fun shopping, great selection, sizing concerns
I really enjoyed shopping on your website! The clothes selection is awesome, and I had a blast looking at all the cute styles. But I do have one worry about the sizing. My daughter, Lillian, seems to be growing like a weed and she often grows out of her new clothes before they even show up. It would be super helpful if there was a more precise sizing guide to assist me in picking out the right sizes for her.
Son's size 4 pants
I scored some really good pants for my son, size 4, and they fit nicely and seem like good quality. But, they were a tad big, so I'm giving size 3 a shot. This is my first time trying this brand, so I hope the smaller size works better for my 7-year-old boy.
