New customer experience
As a new customer of the company, I gotta say, I really appreciate how their staff communicates with me - it's straightforward and efficient. In a world where a lot of companies just give you those generic responses, it's nice to chat with real people who can give me clear and to-the-point info. But, I have to mention, I've been running into some problems with their Stageline system. It's slow, full of glitches, and honestly, it's been pretty frustrating to deal with. The system definitely needs an upgrade - it seems way outdated. On top of that, I've noticed some discrepancies with the documents and services they offer, as well as mixed messages on the platform. Even with these bumps in the road, I'm crossing my fingers that the company will tackle these issues quickly and improve the user experience down the line.

Two items
I recently bought two items from your store, but it's been almost three weeks and I still haven't gotten any updates on when they're coming. The website said it would only take 3-5 days for shipping, but I don't know where my order is at all. I've tried reaching out to customer service through phone, email, Instagram, and Twitter, but I haven't heard back from anyone. This whole situation has been really frustrating, especially since the stuff I bought wasn't cheap. I expected better service from a brand in the mid-luxury market.

Switch unit purchase
I bought a switch unit from Dr Dabber not too long ago, but it turned out to be defective. So, I got in touch with customer service and Steven was super helpful and polite. He sent me a new battery and charger right away, but that didn't fix the problem. Eventually, they sent me a replacement switch unit that has been working perfectly. I sent back the original unit, battery, and charger like they asked. But then, to my disappointment, the ceramic leaf filter ended up breaking into two pieces just yesterday.

Misleading shipping details
I was so let down by the international shipping service from this company. The website promised my order would get to me in 2-5 business days, but it took a whopping 16 days, which is way more than the stated 12 business days. My ties were still sitting in the country of origin! Because of this delay, I missed the event I needed those ties for. It was so maddening and such a hassle. I definitely won't be ordering from this company in the future.
