    Canceled holiday booking

    I recently had a terrible experience with an online travel booking company. I booked a holiday, but had to cancel it on the same day for various reasons. Unfortunately, the company is not refunding my money, which is over $5,000. Even though I chose the free cancellation option, all I've been getting are generic email responses. I'm thinking I might have to take legal action and maybe even try a charge back on my credit card. Looking back, I wish I had checked out the company's reviews before booking, as the negative ones turned out to be true. It's so important to research a company's reputation before making big financial decisions.

    Wrong item received

    My experience with that company really let me down. I had ordered something specific from them, but when my package arrived, it was the wrong item. So, I reached out to customer service hoping to fix it. Unfortunately, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care. They wouldn't exchange the item or give me a refund, so now I'm stuck with something I didn't even want. Because of that, I won't be buying anything from them again.

    Easy excess coverage

    I've been with this company for nearly 6 years and I've had to make two claims in that time. Getting coverage and filing a claim has been super easy and smooth. I've never had any problems with their service and I'll keep using them for my rentals. It's reassuring to know I'm covered in case anything unexpected happens, especially since I travel a lot. I definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for reliable extra coverage for their rental cars.

    Overpriced broadband services

    They went ahead and sold my account to someone else without even giving me a heads up, then they turned around and doubled my rates! On top of that, now they won't let me cancel my service. It really feels like they're trying to pull a fast one on me and force me to keep paying for something I can't even use anymore. I gotta say, I'm beyond frustrated with how they're treating me as a customer and all the shady stuff they're pulling.
