Jump starter purchase
I am seriously bummed about the customer service at this company. I had a problem with my purchase and they acted like they couldn't even find my order. They took forever to get back to me, way after my 12-month warranty was up. The jump starter I bought didn't even work for a week! Total waste of money.

Sustainable skin care purchase
I was really happy with how smooth my order went from start to finish. The wait times were great, and I like that they care about sustainability in their products. It would be even better if they used more eco-friendly packaging for everything else. Even though my first time shopping on this platform was good, I had a little issue with receiving a gift that I found confusing. I tried reaching out to customer support, but it's been a few days and I still haven't heard back. This is an area where they could do better to make the customer experience even nicer. Despite that, I'm happy with my purchase and would think about buying from them again down the road.

Show tickets
I bought some show tickets like a month ago, but then three days before the show, I realized I never got them. So, I emailed customer support, and they were like, "we got your email, but we haven't fixed it yet." So then I called them, and they said they would send the tickets on the day of the show. Even after I told them about our travel and hotel plans, the tickets never showed up. It was super frustrating and we ended up missing out on a bunch of stuff.

Barbour Limited Edition International Wax Jacket
I recently got a Barbour limited edition International wax jacket from the store and man, I gotta say, I'm really impressed. They packaged it so well, making sure it arrived in perfect shape. The jacket itself is top-notch, just like I thought it would be. But when I tried it on, it was a bit too big for me. I called customer service and Rai was super helpful, offering to take the jacket back for a refund. I really appreciate the great service from the company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality products and awesome customer service.

Meal kits, easy and fun
I really enjoy being able to pick out my meals every week! It's awesome to experiment with new recipes and ingredients without having to deal with the hassle of going to the store. Sometimes the recipes are a bit challenging for me because I'm not a great cook, but everything has turned out really tasty. The app makes it super easy to plan out my meals. I haven't had any issues so far!

Men supplement and hair serum
I've been taking their Men supplement for a while and honestly, it took some time but I have to say that I'm really happy with the results. All you need is consistency and patient and we talk about a supplement and not a drug, it will definitely take time but the results could be really wow. I'm now testing their new hair serum mostly for my empty spots in my beard. it smells so yummy and hopefully, the results will be amazing in a few weeks or so. I'll definitely be on the look for new products coming up from this brand. Customers service is really good as well.
