Premium Firm Down Pillow
I gotta say, this Premium Firm Down Pillow I got from this store totally blew me away. The pillow is top-notch quality - the perfect mix of support and softness. Refund process
I had a pretty frustrating time trying to get a refund from this place. Their website says that if you cancel within the right time frame, you’ll get your money back in 3-5 business days. But that wasn’t my experience - I canceled on the same day as booking and had to bug their customer service team constantly to actually get my refund. It took weeks of emailing back and forth before they finally told me the payment was coming.
