Halter/lead sets for horse rescue.
I just bought some halter/lead sets for a horse rescue I volunteer with. I made sure to put the rescue's address for shipping, but somehow it got sent to my house instead. Customer service wasn't very helpful, they just told me to redirect it on my own. That's not fair, I shouldn't have to fix their mistake! Now I have to pay extra to send it to the right address.

As a new customer, I was really happy with my experience with this company. The customer service was super quick to respond and super helpful with all my questions. I liked that they offered a lot of options for customization, and the clothes I got were just as good as they looked online.
