Search function broken
The search function for finding specific terms inside books is totally messed up. It's so annoying to have all these amazing books at my fingertips but not being able to easily find what I'm after. The search results bring up a bunch of wrong stuff, and the links hardly ever work like they're supposed to. I've tried reaching out to report these problems several times in the last few months, but it seems like nothing's been done to get it fixed. It's a huge hassle for us customers who depend on this feature to browse through the huge variety of books.

Wedding suit order
I just wanted to share that I bought a suit for my wedding from this company and I gotta say, their customer service totally blew me away. Even though they're in the US, the folks there were so patient and helpful with all my questions. The suit runs a little on the smaller side compared to what I'm used to, but the quality is seriously top-notch. I can't wait for them to have more sizes available so I can snag some more stuff. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Our custom play mat came out so nice, but it ended up being smaller than we thought. We were hoping for a bigger size. The shipping logistics weren't the best either - it took about 3 weeks for us to get our order.

Ticket for a guided visit to a museum
I just bought tickets for a tour of a popular museum through this service. But when we got to the museum, our guide was nowhere to be found. We tried calling the number they gave us, but it was actually for their office in another country. The person who picked up couldn't help us at all, and we were stuck without a guide. When we reached out to the company for help, they said it was our fault and wouldn't give us a refund or any other options. It was really disappointing to get such terrible customer service, especially after shelling out a lot of money for the tickets. They showed zero empathy and didn't even try to make things right. All in all, a super unprofessional and unsatisfying experience.
