Review about: Vooglam
Prescription glasses purchase
My experience with Vooglam's customer support was pretty good because I got timely and informative inquiry emails. But, there are some areas that could use improvement. First, I think it would be better if Vooglam had actual humans for their chat support instead of just automated responses. This could help make communication smoother and avoid any unnecessary confusion. Also, I found the ordering process a bit tricky, and not as user-friendly as I would have liked. It would be great if Vooglam could improve this to make ordering easier for customers. Lastly, the glasses I received didn't look like what was advertised on the website. I'm a bit unsure about the exchange process, but I hope I can get a better pair. Despite this, I still plan on buying from Vooglam again and have even recommended their service to others.

Price match issue
I was so disappointed with Neiman Marcus when I tried to get a price match for something I bought. They kept canceling my order for no reason at all and then when I wanted to use a sale price that was no longer available, they wouldn't honor their own policy. It really frustrated me that they cared more about saving $300 than keeping my $1200 sale. Their inconsistency and customer service were so disappointing.

Transition to VoIP service
The switch to VoIP service went really smoothly and was super easy. We did have a bit of a delay getting our incoming calls because we kept our old landline number, but overall we're happy with the service. The call quality is just as good as our old, pricier provider, ATT.

Running shoes purchase
I gotta say, I was kinda unsure about ordering from this site 'cause it was new to me and the reviews were all over the place. But, I took a leap of faith and I'm happy I did. My new running shoes showed up right on time, they kept me in the loop on the delivery status, and the kicks were exactly what I wanted, and at a good price too. It was a nice surprise and I'll definitely think about ordering from here again.

I really liked Lingoda's classes because they made learning fun, and the teachers were super nice. It would be awesome if they had an app so I could learn while on the move!

OMG, I just got my new pants from this awesome website! The print is so cool and they fit perfectly, so definitely go with your regular size. The quality is amazing, I totally recommend it!

Hey Dude shoes
I got some Hey Dude shoes from this site and they were amazing! There was a small mistake with the address, but they were really nice and quickly canceled the order for me. They gave me a refund, sent out the new order, all while those other guys were still trying to figure out what was happening. The customer service was excellent! My shoes arrived really quickly and I got regular updates on the shipping status. I'm thrilled with my new Hey Dudes and I'm already looking forward to buying more stuff from here!
