My new shirt and stickers
Oh my gosh, Miaou's return policy is seriously the worst! They only give you 14 days to return things, which is way too short if you ask me. And if you miss the deadline, tough luck because you're stuck with your purchase, can't even exchange it or get credit. And don't even get me started on trying to return a gift, it's the same strict rules. And their Customer Service is just a bot - I mean, where are the actual humans at? It's so frustrating!
Pants from a cool website
OMG, I just got my new pants from this awesome website! The print is so cool and they fit perfectly, so definitely go with your regular size. The quality is amazing, I totally recommend it!

About Miaou
Miaou was founded by designer Alexia Elkaim in 2016. Brought up between Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. Alexia Elkaim spent her youth scouring FLEA MARKET FOR NOVEL VINTAGE SPECIES. More than anyone else, she understands the singular struggle of finding a pair of pants with a perfect fit. This was what prompted her to create a womenswear label, Miaou.
She founded Miaou on one-off pair of denim pants, which was lovingly recreated from a favorite Parisian vintage find. This happened when her body-hugging jeans went viral, quickly amassing a digital cult following including the zeitgeist's crop of Instamodels. Over the years, Miaou's subsequent evolution expanded Elkaim's retro-romantic vibe across a complete offering of women's ready-to-wear. The label's line of signature trousers strives to be tailored with a high rise as a slim leg for a universally flattering fit.
Miaou shipping and return policy
Visiting their website allows you to access various types of dresses such as Demure Mini Dresses, Cropped Jackets, and Bustier Style Blouses that channel the casual glamour of 90's supermodels. Miaou offers free standard US shipping for orders above $150. A restocking is expected as all domestic returns for a refund within 14 days of placing the order. Exchanges and returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days. Miaou informs that exchange and returns are at the expense of the customer.
Miaou also informs that refund or exchange will only be permitted as long as items to be returned or exchanged are received in brand new condition with the original tags attached. Items returned or exchanged in worn conditions or without tags will be sent back. Items purchased during promotional sales as well as Sale items are FINAL as they are not eligible for return.
Miaou ships worldwide as domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail and get delivered in 2-3 days. Free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over $150, Expedited shipping is available via FedEx Priority Overnight, as delivery is guaranteed in 2-3 days. International orders ship via DHL Express, delivered duties are paid in 3-5 days as expedited shipping is not available. Miaou accepts payment on orders via Shop Pay and Pay Pal.
