Boiler purchase with warranty claim
I'm really frustrated with the customer service over at eComfort. I bought a new boiler that needed two replacement parts, and I submitted a warranty claim right away because I needed heat in the middle of a winter storm. But I haven't heard anything back from the company. I've tried filling out their contact form and calling them all day, but the line is always busy with no option to hold. Right now it's 20º outside, and my house has been freezing this whole time.
