    Flight assistance didn't help at all

    So, we shelled out for this flight assistance service, right? And when we arrived, the lady at check-in was seriously grumpy and not at all helpful. She was handling a bunch of folks who had missed their flights and she just seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. I mean, come on, we paid for assistance and we left without any information. That's not cool, man.

    Vacuum robot purchase

    I've actually been pretty happy with my robotic vacuum during the warranty period. It's been a real game-changer and made my life a lot easier. But I have to say, I was really let down by the customer service. When I had technical problems, I had a hard time getting the help I needed. It took them four whole work days to get back to me, which just doesn't cut it when you've got a product that needs fixing right away. And on top of that, they didn't give me any info on how much the repairs might cost. They just had me send the robot in for evaluation without telling me what it could set me back, leaving me unsure if it was even worth it or if I should just buy a new one. Not having a price list made the whole situation even more frustrating. Spending a good amount of money on a product and then not getting the customer support you need is a real bummer, and it's got me thinking twice about buying from them again if I'm not guaranteed good service.

    Children's clothing purchase

    I bought some kids' clothes online but they were the wrong size. I sent them back but it's been 3 months and still no refund. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to get my money back. Really frustrated with the terrible customer service and lack of care for customer satisfaction.

    Automatic pool cover reel system

    I just got this automatic pool cover reel system from this company, and I have to say I am so pleased with my choice. It's super easy to use, works really well, and has made covering and uncovering my pool a piece of cake. It doesn't just make my pool safer, but it also saves me money on maintenance and helps me use less energy by keeping water from evaporating and heat from escaping. Plus, the design is really nice and doesn't take away from how my pool looks. I would definitely suggest this to anyone who owns a pool and wants to make taking care of it easier.

    Head and Hair treatment

    The head and hair treatment I got at that place was a total disaster. It was nothing like they said it would be and honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had. When I got there, they told me it was only half a back massage, not the full hour-long head and hair treatment that I was promised. And let me tell you, when they finally did start on my head, it felt like they were using a dry pumice stone to grate my scalp. It hurt so bad I had to ask them to stop. How is that supposed to be relaxing or rejuvenating? It was a nightmare from start to finish. And the fact that the therapist knew what they were doing with massages and pressure points just made me even more confused about why this treatment was so awful. I left feeling super let down, especially since this was a birthday present.

    I was a customer of credit repair services and I gotta be real, I was really let down by the results. I was shelling out a good amount of cash every month for a whole year, but my credit score barely budged. The company said they were sending letters for me, but I didn't see much happening to fix my issues. And then, when I tried to cancel, they hit me with extra fees out of nowhere. It was a total scam and I wouldn't suggest them to anybody.

    Humidifier purchase

    I bought a humidifier from this company back in December 2021, and it was working great all winter and even into the new year. But then in December 2022, it just stopped working out of the blue. So I reached out to customer service, and they said the damage probably happened during shipping, a whole year earlier. They didn't even say sorry or offer any solution. I just feel like I threw away $100 on something that didn't even last.
