So I bought this shirt thinking I could return or exchange it for free like it said online, but turns out it was final sale only! I checked the reviews and saw other folks had the same issue, so the company knows about it but doesn't seem too inclined to make it right.

Quick and organized appointment
I had a really good time at the screening. Checking in was quick and easy, no long waits. The staff knew what they were doing and made sure each test was done right. I liked how they had a system for getting people to the different stations, made it go faster. I thought everything was really well put together and carried out.

Flight assistance didn't help at all
So, we shelled out for this flight assistance service, right? And when we arrived, the lady at check-in was seriously grumpy and not at all helpful. She was handling a bunch of folks who had missed their flights and she just seemed annoyed and overwhelmed. I mean, come on, we paid for assistance and we left without any information. That's not cool, man.

I got a jacket that was messed up, but the customer service was awesome. Talked to this super nice lady named Jenifer who took care of it really well, and now I'm getting a new jacket while sending back the messed up one.

Eyelash extensions
Returning the product was a nightmare, and getting a refund seemed impossible. The customer service was unhelpful and didn't seem to care about fixing the problem. Ordering was a pain, and the product was not worth the price because of its poor quality. Delivery took forever, and the whole thing was just really frustrating.

Credit repair services
I was a customer of credit repair services and I gotta be real, I was really let down by the results. I was shelling out a good amount of cash every month for a whole year, but my credit score barely budged. The company said they were sending letters for me, but I didn't see much happening to fix my issues. And then, when I tried to cancel, they hit me with extra fees out of nowhere. It was a total scam and I wouldn't suggest them to anybody.

Steel rivets, delivery issue, frustration
I just had this really frustrating thing happen with a shipping company. I paid for the shipping of some steel rivets, and then they told me they couldn't send it because they thought the rivets were like parts for weapons or something. It was super annoying because I had already paid for the shipping and now I didn't get my order. I lost money from this and wasted so much time trying to sort it out. The whole thing felt like a scam and it left me really unsatisfied with the service I got.

Humidifier purchase
I bought a humidifier from this company back in December 2021, and it was working great all winter and even into the new year. But then in December 2022, it just stopped working out of the blue. So I reached out to customer service, and they said the damage probably happened during shipping, a whole year earlier. They didn't even say sorry or offer any solution. I just feel like I threw away $100 on something that didn't even last.
