Sleep device
I bought this sleep machine more than a year ago and it's really helped me get better sleep. It's made a big difference for both me and my partner, helping us finally get a full night's rest without any interruptions. This machine has not only cut down on noise in our bedroom but it's also stopped me from waking up constantly throughout the night to readjust. We did have a small problem with the motor, but the customer service I got to fix it was amazing. I would definitely suggest this product and company to anyone who needs better sleep.

Talalay pillow purchase
I bought some Talalay pillows from this company, and let me tell you, I was pretty bummed out about their return policy. The website said I couldn't return the pillows if I opened them, but I went ahead and ordered them anyway, thinking I could send back the unopened one in its sealed bag if I didn't like them. But when I reached out to customer service, they told me I couldn't even return the unopened pillows. That seemed pretty sneaky to me, and now I'm hesitant to buy anything else from them in the future.

LED Strip Light Auction
Quibids is a complete joke when you compare it to other online auction sites. On places like eBay, you can actually find legit auctions with real sellers and valuable products. Not to mention you can use PayPal for payment and have guarantees on your purchases. Just the other day, I scored a bunch of LED strip light rolls on Quibids, each costing me between €2.17 and €3.09. I ended up sharing some with my buddies, they work great for spicing up a hallway. Avoid Quibids at all costs, it's basically flushing your money down the drain.

Shoes not received
I ordered a pair of shoes not too long ago, but for some reason, they never showed up. I kept checking the website, which kept saying my shoes were just "waiting on Fedex," but as time passed, nothing changed. I sent a bunch of emails to customer service trying to figure out what was going on, but their responses were pretty useless and didn't really answer my questions. Finally, they added a shipping code to my order status, but there was still no shipping date or any other useful info given.
