Do yourself a favor and have your tech-savvy cousin set up something more dependable.

My experience ordering custom holiday cards from here was a total letdown. The colors of the envelopes were way off from what I saw on the computer screen, and the print quality was super shoddy. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were not at all helpful and even tried to say it was my fault for choosing the wrong options when it was clearly their mess-up. The text on the cards was so faint that it was practically impossible to read.

Xiaomi 11 Ultra phone purchase and repair
I bought the Xiaomi 11 Ultra phone about a year back and just had to send it in for repairs under warranty. It was originally sent over to Europe, but after a year, it decided to call it quits. The folks at the company switched out the battery and sent me a refurbished phone in return. Gotta say, the service was really great with awesome communication all the way through. Although I will say, that super speedy charging feature really eats up the battery fast, especially when using adapters from English outlets.

I gotta say, my experience as a customer at the NBA Store was pretty disappointing. I mean, the thing I bought was completely different from what I was expecting, plus it was in the wrong size. And on top of that, the cost to return it was way too high. It's frustrating to think about basically losing the same amount as the item cost just to send it back. And looking at all the reviews out there, it seems like lots of other people have had the same problem. That's not a good sign for future customers. The lack of quality control and all the hassle caused by mix-ups like mine really makes me wonder if I'll give this place another shot.
