Twin sheet sets with sham
I ordered two sets of twin sheets with sham from this company, but I only got one set without the sham, and it wasn't even the right item. I contacted their customer service right away, and they said they would get back to me in 2-3 days, but they never did. I tried reaching out on their website and Facebook, but got no help. I had to dispute the charge on PayPal to get a refund for one set. It's frustrating that they didn't admit their mistake or provide good customer service.

Genealogy research enhancement
As I kept digging into my family history, I got better and better at entering and organizing all the data. The little hints that popped up as I added more relatives really helped point me in the right direction and uncover some cool new info. What really caught my eye were the hints for ancestors going back five generations - that's something I hadn't seen on other sites I've tried before. As I got more familiar with the website and adding details, it all started to feel more like second nature. Now, I'm way more sure of myself and relaxed about it all than when I first started out.

I bought some eyeglasses recently and the customer service team was great. Had a little problem with one pair, but I shot them an email and they got back to me quick. They fixed everything up and now I'm waiting on my new pair. Their glasses are really good quality and their customer service is awesome. I definitely suggest checking out their stuff.

Universal and Disney tickets
I was pretty happy at first when I bought tickets for Universal and Disney from here. The website was easy to use, and I got a quick response to my question. But then, my excitement turned to disappointment when I found out about the big fee for using my UK credit card. That extra charge totally canceled out any money I saved by buying the tickets on this site. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ripoff clothes
I ordered from this place and got completely ripped off! The clothes were really cheap quality and looked nothing like the pictures online. The elbow patches were sewn on the biceps instead of the elbows - it was so weird! Also, the package had no return address and no instructions on how to send it back. When I tried emailing them, my emails kept bouncing back because they used my email in the "reply-to" field. They were really shady about refunding me and delayed the process. Luckily, I was able to get my money back through Paypal!

I recently bought a foot and calf massager along with a neck and traps massager that has heat, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with both of them. The neck and traps massager is awesome because it has little spots for your hands, so you can adjust it just right. I wish it was cordless, but the corded version works fine for me. Now, the foot and calf massager is a total game-changer. After a tough day of standing and lifting at work, using this thing feels like heaven for my feet and calves. I seriously can't say enough good things about these products, I use them every day and they work wonders.

Sneakers order through Afterpay
I bought some sneakers using Afterpay from an online store I've shopped at before. The first two pairs I got were great, but this time I paid with Afterpay and now I'm still waiting for my order to show up. It's been a while and I haven't gotten my kicks or a refund. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of updates and help on this issue. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but haven't gotten a good answer yet.

This app was not cool at all. There were so many fake profiles with fake pictures and stuff. I heard that people can use it without paying and then ghost you. Not cool. If you do pay, it's expensive. So, just stay away.

This equipment is just a joke - gimmicky and way overpriced. Trying to service the regulators is a total nightmare, and the parent company's support is seriously lacking. My advice? Save your cash and find some better gear elsewhere. This so-called "technical diving" equipment is a total joke - no true diver would bother with it. Do your research and don't get roped in by those slick sales pitches at the dive shop.

I bought a big cap from your site, but then I had trouble with the Return Portal. I kept putting in my email and order number right, but it kept saying it was wrong. So, I sent an email to customer service for help, but they just told me to use the Return Portal again. And when I tried to call for help like the website said, it said phone service wasn't available. The lack of good communication and support made me feel really frustrated and unhappy with the whole thing.
