Membership support issue
I had a really frustrating experience with the customer service team when it came to my membership. Even after I canceled my membership and got confirmation on the member portal, I still ended up getting charged for a renewal on my credit card. When I contacted the customer service team and asked for a refund, they told me they couldn't do it because I didn't reach out within a specific timeframe. Even though I showed them proof of the cancellation, they stuck to their decision, which pushed me to call my credit card company and start a chargeback. Dealing with all of this has been a real hassle and has made me pretty unhappy with the support I've gotten from the company.

DSP purchase for my Street Glide
I bought a DSP for my Street Glide to upgrade my audio system, but it didn't play well with my three amps, even though my speakers are top of the line. I reached out to customer service to get it fixed under warranty, but didn't hear back for weeks. That lack of communication was super frustrating, especially within the biker community where we really care about our rides. Luckily, a rep eventually got in touch and promised to send me a new unit, which I was grateful for. I think the company should focus on improving its customer service after the sale to match the quality of their products.
