    Slow service and uninformed representatives

    The customer service at this company is just awful. The people there really don't seem to know what they're doing and they're not very helpful at all. It's so frustrating trying to get help from them. And the worst part is that I had to wait on hold for more than an hour just to talk to someone who couldn't even help me. It's like they don't even know what they're selling or who they work for. And then one of them tried to lie to me about my shipment just so they could sell me something else I didn't want. It's so shady and it's not how a professional company should operate. And the managers don't seem to care at all about fixing the problems. They just seem lazy. It's obvious that they don't understand what good customer service is all about. Save yourself the trouble and don't give these crooks your money.

    Newsletter service experience

    As someone who relies heavily on sending newsletters to my subscribers, I was really let down by the service I got from this provider. They suddenly blocked my mailings with no explanation, and it took them days to fix the problem, all the while still charging me. Adding to the mess, the plugin they gave me crashed my website, leaving me unable to get it back up and causing me to lose my valuable list of 15,000 contacts that I had spent years building. I tried reaching out to their support team for help getting my list back, but I never heard back from them. Overall, it was a terrible experience that I strongly suggest others stay away from.

    I just bought this super fancy handbag from this company and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed. The whole experience, from ordering to receiving my package, was smooth and top-notch.     Fake hair products

    This company is such a scam! I bought something from them recently and when I got my order, I was totally shocked to see that what I received was fake. On top of that, they didn't even send me an email with an invoice, which just added to my frustration. After looking into it more, I realized I should have been more careful about trusting them. It's pretty obvious they're selling fake stuff and trying to make it seem real. The only good thing was the delivery by DPD - they were quick and on time. But honestly, overall, this company just disgusts me. I really recommend steering clear of them.

    "Recycled" Hoodie Purchase

    I just bought this "recycled" hoodie for $110 and it's already falling apart after only 7 months. The shape is all wonky and the zipper is busted. It's just not holding up like the non-recycled hoodies I've gotten before. I was trying to do the right thing for the environment, but it's a bummer that the quality is so subpar.

    A large floral in an archway mosaic #311

    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!05-05-2021
    The customer service of this company is just plain awful. I ordered three mozaics for a custom bathroom job I was doing. The first two arrived fine. The third is still not here TWO MONTHS later. They keep giving me excuse after excuse. First it was that the frame was broken. BUT THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME THAT!! I had to call them. And believe me it's almost imposible to call them! No one picks up the phone or returns your messages. When I finally did some investigation and found another number for "Susan" that's when I found out that they never shipped it because "The frame was broken'". This is nearly a month after I did the initial order and a week after the two others had arrived. Then I asked for a picture - another WEEK before I could get a picture, and repeated phone calls. Finally when I got the picture I said fine, I'll take it. Ten days later a package from Mozaico arrives - AND IT'S JUST THE BROKEN FRAME!!! NO MOSAIC!!! Then the excuses began. I couldn't get a Fed Ex tracking number out of them for the mosaic which shipped separately. Then 'Fed Ex' lost it. A bunch of CYA bullcrap. Then "It got shipped to another person". When I asked for the name it isn't even close, and it's in OHIO!! I'm in New Orleans! The final yet to be settled resolution is that they will make me another one and have it to me in two week. I don't believe a word of the timeframe and will update if and when I get this piece. Meanwhile, this job has been held up for more than a month because this mosaic is the centerpiece of the bathroom wall and nothing can be started without it. Plus - I had to pay two tilers for two days work where nothing was done - because they had PROMISED the mosaic would arrive on a certain day, and it did not. Just excuses and excuses with these people. I am so disgusted by it. If it wasn't for the fact that their product is quite nice, and it's exactly what my client wanted I would have cancelled the entire order.

    I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

    This large piece with two swans was beautiful when I bought it perhaps two years ago. Now, however, the rubber cement holding the tiles in place has leaked out and about 60%-70% of the white tiles have yellowish staining marring the tiles. The glue has leaked around the darker tiles, as well, but is not as visible. The company suggested cleaning with a certain cleaner but this didn't help much and the white tiles are marred with yellowing. The company then sent me replacement tiles and suggested I replace the tiles myself. First I must go out and find nippers to cut the tiles to the exact size, then the tiles must each be cut to fit and individually replaced. In essence, I paid a lot of money for a piece the company now wants me to rebuild one tile at a time. If I was an artist, this might be a fun project. But, I am not and it would entail hours and hours of detailed, meticulous work. Because the company knew exactly what had to be done to fix the situation, it sounds like this may be a common problem. Bottom line: beautiful piece but mine did not last for as long as one would expect mosaic art to endure.
