Loafers in wrong size
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, and I have several pairs of their shoes. However, my recent experience with their customer service was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of loafers in the wrong size, returned them right away, and ordered a smaller size. Even though my refund was approved on February 20th, it's been a month and I still haven't gotten it. I've sent a lot of emails and messages, and even reached out to them on Instagram, but there's been no response. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because of their lack of communication and ignoring my questions. It's too bad that a brand with such great products doesn't treat their customers the same way.

Bedding and table/kitchen linen
I just bought some bedding and table/kitchen linens from this store, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with all the high-quality stuff they have. The things I got were super cute and really good quality. And the price was great - definitely worth it. I'll definitely be coming back to this store whenever I need more linens.

Quick doodads
I ordered a few things and they arrived really quickly. But then something went wrong and when I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful. It seemed like they didn't care about how I was feeling and just wanted to stick to the rules. It was kind of frustrating, to be honest.

I just got this super fancy handbag from LUX LAIR and man, let me tell you, it was a great experience! The people there knew their stuff and were super helpful the whole time. They really went out of their way to help me out, sending me pics of the bag I wanted and everything. And get this - it came super quick, just in time for Christmas. The folks at LUX LAIR really know how to do it right. So impressed with how pro and knowledgeable they are!

Cool toys
I got these really cool toys from the store, but they never arrived! I've been waiting forever and I still don't have them. It's not fair because I was so excited to play with them. I used to shop here all the time and it was great. But now, it seems like they're pulling some shady stuff and not sending out the toys after taking people's money. I really hope they sort this out soon because I really love their toys, but I don't want to lose my money.
