Authentic and beautiful earrings
The website was really easy to use! I found the perfect pair of earrings and they looked just like the picture online. Even though they weren't the cheapest, I thought they were a great value for the quality. I really liked that they guaranteed the earrings were authentic because who wants to buy fake stuff online, right? I placed my order in no time and was able to pay with my Amazon Prime account, which was super convenient. The shipping was insanely fast and free, I received my package in just a few days and everything was in perfect condition. These earrings are a Christmas gift for my mom and I know she's going to adore them!
Impressive customer service
I have to tell you, I messed up my order and thought I got the wrong thing. I called to complain, feeling so frustrated, but the guy on the phone was super nice and understanding. He said he'd check it out and even gave me 10% off as a sorry for the mix-up. I just bought a Gucci Boston bag at this store and let me tell you, the customer service was great and the delivery was right on time. But man, I was super let down by the quality of the bag. It felt cheap, like plastic almost, and it made me wonder if it was even a real Gucci bag. After looking around forever for these MCM slides, I finally got them from LUX LAIR today. They're totally what I was looking for and I'm psyched about getting them. The only bummer was that they were shipped through USPS, so it took a bit longer to get to me. But all in all, I'm super content with my buy and the quality of the slides.
