It's really surprising to see how bold this service is. They know customers are not happy with their experiences, yet they keep going like they're actually trying to get better. $26.89 a month is way too much to pay for info that's usually wrong or not helpful. And you can find the few bits of accurate info they give for free on social media. It's just sad to see people being treated this way.

Refund issue
I had a pretty bad experience with this company when it came to getting my refund. I gave them everything they asked for, but I still haven't gotten all the money they owe me. They haven't been very good about keeping me in the loop or fixing the problem, and it's been really annoying and disappointing. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service since January 13th, but they just keep giving me excuses and dragging their feet. It's frustrating to see that I'm not the only one going through this, based on other people's reviews.
