Gorgeous dress, excellent customer service, prompt delivery
I just bought this gorgeous dress from an online store I've been keeping my eye on for a while. But, when it showed up, it was too big for me. Bummer! Still, I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The staff really went above and beyond to help me out, answering all my questions and fixing any issues right away. Waterproof shoes fall apart quickly
My waterproof shoes completely fell apart after only 5 months! The heels just disintegrated, and when I brought it up, they said it was normal wear and tear. I paid over $200 for those shoes, I was really hoping for better quality. Such a letdown!

Refund issue
I had a pretty bad experience with this company when it came to getting my refund. I gave them everything they asked for, but I still haven't gotten all the money they owe me. They haven't been very good about keeping me in the loop or fixing the problem, and it's been really annoying and disappointing. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service since January 13th, but they just keep giving me excuses and dragging their feet. It's frustrating to see that I'm not the only one going through this, based on other people's reviews.
