Review about: OUTLIER
International shipping experience
As a customer ordering from OUTLIER outside the US, I was bummed to find out about unexpected duties when my package arrived. Nobody gave me a heads up about that extra cost. On top of that, I learned that if I said no to the delivery because of the high duties, I couldn't even get a refund. That lack of options really got on my nerves. And to make things worse, sending the package back to OUTLIER would have cost me a pretty penny. All in all, my international shipping experience with OUTLIER was a letdown.

Disappointing online order
I was really bummed out about my online purchase. The pictures on the website didn't match up with what I actually got, it was definitely misleading. Dealing with customer service was a drag, it took them a whole week to finally send me a shipping label when I told them I wasn't happy. It's been more than two weeks since they got the shoes back, but still no refund or even an update on my return (RMA3168764). I paid over $300 for those shoes, so I was hoping for a better experience all around.

Oh my gosh, I got this new purse and it was like totally not what I wanted. So, I sent it back without even opening it. Can you believe that? And now, they got it and are not even answering me! Like, the worst customer service ever! Ugh, never buying anything from them again!

Skincare products
I recently bought some skincare stuff from this site and got shafted, just like plenty of other folks. They took my money but never sent the products. When I contacted customer service, they blamed it on some IT problem and said they couldn't give me a refund. It sucks to fork out cash and get nothing in return, and it's even worse when the company can't fix the problem.

Cashmere sweaters
I just got some cashmere sweaters not too long ago and I'm loving them! They're super soft, fancy, and they definitely keep me cozy when it's chilly out. Ordering them was a breeze and they arrived pretty fast. Plus, the price was really good compared to other stuff out there. The only thing I'd say is it would be cool if they had more colors to choose from, not just the basics.

Almost ordered for son
I was just about to order this thing for my son, but then I saw a customer review ranting about their terrible return policy. Can you believe it? They make the return window start from the day you buy it, not when it arrives. That's ridiculous! So if it's delayed in shipping, you have even less time to decide if you want to send it back. I was thinking about getting it for Christmas, but now I'm thinking, no way, not a good deal. I'll look for something else to give him instead.

Men's clothing purchase with a very good discount
I just got myself some more men's clothes on sale, and I gotta say, the prices were already great without the discount. The whole buying process was easy peasy, and my stuff made it all the way to Devon, UK in just a day. They kept me in the loop with updates and even showed me a map of the delivery van on its way. This was one of the smoothest online shopping trips I've had. Can't wait to come back for more stuff in the future.
